It was fine but i do not like how at the end of the auction when it is counting down there could be somethings at the top with longer times then things 10 items down on the page. I understand that as things get bid on time extends the time but would be nice if it went in time order at that time not lot number. I also ended up with one Item I did not think I was bidding on but jumped when something closed and was the same price as what I was planning on bidding on

I bid on a monitor that showed a retail value of several hundred dollars. After bidding and opening later I believe the description was changed to include the word "broken".

Likewise, I believe the word "used" was added to a description of an item close to closing.

Never heard a response.

Several times while trying to bid it said network error, my sister and dad had the same issues and both go through different internet providers.
I'm also very confused about what I'm supposed to be picking up tomorrow, everything says you MAY have won so I'm not sure how big of a vehicle I need to bring.

I uses HiBid for the first time for live bidding last night. I had the account for a while but hadn't used it. I bid on 9 lots last night end won 6 out of the 9. It was very easy to register for the auction and bid. I'll definitely use HiBid again in the future!

I was placing a bid and while only watching my items (My Bids). It was getting stuck as it would not refresh until 60 seconds. So I was hitting refresh after each bid and then it froze and I lost the bid.Yet we opened another computer(#2) and was watching the bids without bidding or logging in and every second it was refreshing. That was the only way I won the bid battles, using 2 computers. They would bid and I would not see it on computer #1 or hear the ding, until the 60 seconds were up. On computer #2 showed the items and dinged each time someone bid on one of my watched items. Also while watch and it goes to about 1-2 minutes left it goes into the lightening rounds and hides the cost and you cannot see your max bid ever. How can you contact customer service while in the heat of bidding?

Online bidding was exceptionally smooth and trouble-free. We were on 2 separate auctions, and the bid process and the ability to enter a proxy bid was net very helpful.
I do have one significant complaint. Your android HiBid app is completely worthless. It continually either closes for no reason, or it doesn't load properly so I can be used. I almost lost a lot I really wanted because of your defective app. FIX YOUR APP! FIX YOUR APP! FIX YOUR APP! Other than that, HiBid works good.

Horrible. Like you didn't care. I have also voiced my complaint with the owners of the Auction companies that use Hibid. Maybe if you start losing auctioneers over your poorly functioning app, you will fix it.

Bid and won Tristar Flooring Grant, Houston Tx. Auction name: Short Notice 100,00 Flooring Liquidation Houston. Aug.20-Aug 26th- 2024. Lots won 64,65, and 70. Total 1,829.54. My Mom bid and won on some lts too. We Rearched out day after auction and asked for delivery, guy was very nice and said he could have it delivered within the week. He has already gotten him money. It is now Sept. 29th and with a lot of phone calls and messages and promises to have it delivered we still have yet to receive our product. We even told him that we could pick the load up, and we told several time, that he wasn't in town. I do understand life gets in the way sometimes. But it has been over a month and we need to items we paid for. Who do I need to contact about this? Clearly this Auction is having any issue.

My Mother, Pierina Rassiga, tried calling Hibid several times and let several mesaage and have yet to hear back from them.

While registering, I was not able to add my credit card information using my I-Phone. I then went to a laptop computer and was able to enter the credit card info…
I won 2 of the bids, but after the auction I was notified that my credit card information did not work and said to call a phone # and arrange another payment method.
There is not an issue with my credit card as I used it for other purchases that same day and since. The bank did not reject the purchase as they would check with me before doing that… so still not sure what the issue is.

Hibid is a great site for both the auctionor and the buyer. As a buyer I find the site easy to bid and keep track of what is going on. As an auction I have found that the local and national audiences come to this site to buy.

While the machine was noted as "used" at the bottom of the listing, a photo of a new machine was also a part of the listing. This contradiction didn't tell the whole story. The machine was incomplete and unusable and clearly a scam by the person who wanted it sold. So much for HiBid and the auction house on this sale. Never more.

Very easy to navigate to a lot different auctions across North America. When asking questions about the various items and auction house rules. The email feature direct to the auctioneer was pretty awesome.

I was trying to place a bid for $1100 and it popped up a message starting it required auctioneer approval. As the auction was ending soon this was alarming! I ended up losing the auction because I didn't know what to do. If you're going to hold a bid, you should provide details on why, what the hold is, and how long it will take.

I bid on a couple items a week ago and I noticed I had seven days left till the auction was over. Well the auctioneer collectholic pushed the end date out to 15 days adding another week till the auction was over. The girl at HiBid said "oh my God they're allowed to do that. There's nothing I can do. Oh well." clueless to say the least. Of absolutely no help beware

I was supposed to get an invoice for payment, which didn't happen. The charges were simply on my credit card without notice. I have not been contacted by anyone about how to transfer the property to my possession. There is no way to have immediate contact with hibid that I can see

I have obtained some amazing items over the years at amazing prices but i have also got some junk too. The auctioneers usually make that right though. Over all I realy enjoy my hibid experience and recommend it to many of my friends

Bidding always seems fair and well done, on some items I'd like them to say if it has been tested or not also more pictures of inside/outside and measurements is something to show scale

Fantastic opportunity to bid on multiple auctions at once, rarely is there a tech issue when I'm bidding on the site, this is an essential part of my business now!

The last two times with Sort My Stuff out of Kearney I haven't received invoices. And before that she personally texted them to me. She said to contact you guys.

A friend decided to retire from antique business so had the auction. It was well organized and quality photos and descriptions including measurements, which are very important.

$200+ shipping. Raised quote after I accepted it knowing my only options were pay the $200 ransom, drive 6 hours both ways to pick it up myself, or lose the $500 of merchandise I bid on.

I love how you can find things that are not local and have them shipped. Such a wide variety, easy one click bidding and paying makes shopping a breeze.

Some auction companies are just great. I have had 2 that were just crooks. Like Key Date Coins. Paid for coins then they wanted to cancel my order. Took 2 months before I received them. Other than that it has been great!

Good. I contacted customer service because an auction company did not want to send me the coins that I paid for. Customer service contacted them to find out why they didn't fulfill their obligation. After 2 months I finally received my coins. Thanks Customer Service!

The app should give notifications when a watched item is going to expire. The app also glitches and force closes very often. If you go into an auction to look at items, and then go back to the auction list, they appear out of order so you will get lost on which ones you've already clicked on and seen. Otherwise, it allows for seamless bidding and payment.
