I found that as I was searching an auction, I would suddenly find myself in some other auction. I did not ask to go to another auction, I just found myself there. As all the pages are identical, I not only found this confusing but annoying and frustrating.
At the end of the auction, I tried to get back into it to advise I wanted to pay by EFT and that I required shipping. I could not find a portal to get back into THAT auction. Every heading was generic and with no specific location. I decided to just wait for the auction to contact me. I'v still not been contacted but it's only been about 12hours. I have no idea if they are expecting my contact but, if they are, I have no clue how to contact that particular venue.
Had the bidding process been the only criteria, you would have gotten 5 stars but the confusion and frustration caused by the not knowing in what venue you were in and how to get back when you finally realized you were not where you were wanting to be, totally took any pleasure out of the experience.

Although the service rep could not provide an answer, they did respond in a timely manner.

Got a couple cars off Gary's, worse mistake I've ever done, they sold me 3 cars and they posted them as clean title, but when you go to mvd they tell you that Gary's makes there own titles and change stuff on it, don't do business here

The description and the pictures of the product did not match what we got, after we picked up the box and opened it wasn't even close to the pictures they showed and even the description they got off of Amazon did NOT match the actual trellis and planter box very disappointing

I reviewed my want items. Figured out my max bid on each. Made my bids. Then went to sleep. First thing next morning I checked my wins and my outbids. Always fun.

The time per lot is off relative to the website and you miss out on sales.

There isn't an easy way to search for auctions or lots. It doesn't save your place in your scrolling through lots well. The App could warn you about being outbid. You NEED a watch list before the sale comes close to an end. It's too hard to navigate otherwise

Bid on and won one item but the screen locked and prevented me for bidding on another item. Had to restart the web browser and by that time the bidding was closed in the other item that I wanted.

A decidcated app or better outbid notification system would be welcomed. I notice I do not always recevie outbid notifications in a timely enough manner to take action

I was registered for 2 auctions and the first one was overlapping the second one. I could participate in both by going to my watchlist. That is a great option to bid in both at the same time.

I enjoy the auctions. I really like this one because the ham radios are all tested so I don't feel like I'll get scammed. I got one of the beat deals I've seen on the internet on the one item I pursued.

When it comes down to the final minutes in any auction, it is a complete inconvenience to be unable to bid on your item without having to scroll through all of them in the listing. Also in a most recent auction the site was down the entire day and I was unable to bid on any of my watched items.

The Hibid bidding platform is solid. I have been bidding/buying on this site for several years and it is intuitive to use and I have never seen it fail.

I sent three separate emails requesting sizes of some of the lats. It would be helpful if either the dimensions were in there or something sitting next to it where we could judge it like a pop can.

I don’t know if you would call it customer service. I just had questions on dimensions.

Had a great experience. Got a lot of great deals on a lot of good items. Ended up bidding for some things I didn't expect but overall very satisfied with the website responsiveness and functionality.

I have enjoyed bidding on HiBid. I am new to out of state auctions and I am now hooked! The bidding and the shipping from the various Auctioneers has been so easy. Thank you HiBid, I am now addicted!

Hibid app kept going down and eventually I had to get on thru the internet because the app would not let me in anymore. But after auctions were over I could get back in on the app. This seems to happen everytime I'm bidding on a aution.

I only contacted them by a message.

I have gotten some great pieces on this site to add to my antique collection! Somewhere great deals! Its fun just seeing what things end up selling for.

Twisted sisters (sister) ran a great on line auction. They allowed a 3 hour inspection of the items put up for auction. When we went to pay, most of the items were altogether in one place and were brought out to my vehicle. Definitely a family run business. We need more people in this line of work,like these great folks.

I have been a customer of The Auction Vaults for about a year now and have won bids several times. At least 30% of the time they have totally screwed my order up, sent me the wrong items. If your bidding on Bank Notes, like $1.00 or $2.00 or $5.00 bills they will just send you anything they have and it will likely not be the item you bid on. I was the winning bidder on a 1oz Gold Coin that I was looking for my collection, they sent me a completely different 1oz Gold Coin and then tried to tell me they were "doing me a favor" without first telling me they were not sending me the coin I bid on. And then I have to send it back risking Canada Post loosing it, and then I would have nothing, because The Auction Vault sent me the wrong item again. They have over the past year sent me the wrong Bills, wrong Rings and wrong Coins.
The Auction Vault has been accommodating in letting me return the items for the correct ones, but what a pain in the butt waste of time, it would be nice if they would just get it right the first time.

Royal Estate Auction's@ hibid 294 Wildcat Rd, ON. Has lower costs and has gotten things right every time. I would recommend you check them out.

The auction site is tight. Perfectly built. The last minute live bidding and the countdown to zero to be a winner is as good as being present minus the hundreds of other people around you.

I understand not drilling down to specific topics/genres in the search but some more flexibility, like clicking several items or searching within an auction. Navigation on the site is a little wonky Im never quite sure if I am in the right place. Education on how this all works should be offered as well not that I looked for it, it might be there, I just didnt overtly see it.

I have 5 invoices with you since Sep 7. All paid. 2 invoices already past 21 days and the 2 past 14 days. Last invoice I got it two days ago.
I'm calling and emailing them everyday regarding my shipping no one give any information. They tell me the warehouse will call or email you and we put urgent note and no one call or do anything. I spent over over $4000 and I don't know anything about my items yet. They answer the phone righf away, take my information and tell me they will call or email back and they never do.
I'm dealing with 2 auctions weekley I never have any issue. This is my first experiance to hard like this.

Seller charging me $58.50 as a "cancellation fee" on my very first "winning" and auction. I thought it was the amount I bid for all, but it was the about I bid times 50, which came to $325, which would have been my entire paycheck. I asked if anything could be done as I'm a single mother, and they did not answer, but they did charge my account $58.50 without my authorization. I will dispute the charge.
