Delivery time to UK estimated at 7 to 10 days but every item ordered has arrived in under a week. My DAP failed within 3 months of purchase. Contacted customer support and received helpful and efficient responses within a few minutes. Returned DAP as per comprehensive instructions and received DAP back 3 weeks later fully repaired. UK to China, repaired and back in my hands in 3 weeks. Incredible!
I bought a DAC unit "Dethonray Honey H1". The item arrived a little over three weeks later. But after initial excitement about it, it was clearly defective and did not have an audio output. After many attempts to contact customer service they offered to return it but in order to do so they will deduct 1- Shipping fees $50.2- Restocking fees 20%. 3- Republic of china import tax 20% 4- processing fees 10-20%. In summary they wanted to deduct close to 80% of the product value. Simply, there business practice is shady, fraudulent and clearly not the most customer service oriented.
I first heard of HiFiGo through a few famous reviewers. I made my first purchase of Shozy 1.1 and I was tended by Dandan promptly on my purchase The Shozy was delivered to me in Singapore within 6 days. When asked about an out of stock SMSL SA300 listed on their website, Dandan promptly said that he could still make that product available. He answered many of my queries professionally. 2 days ago I made my next order which Dandan promised to make it available.
Kudos to Dandan. Customers who generally come back for their next purchase is because of such excellent customer service.
In addition, HiFiGo has lots of hifi related reading content which is critical to complement the hobby which I find very useful. They offer are numerous good products.

I love that they accept ApplePay because for me it's the fastest an easiest way to make any purchase... no accounts or guest checkouts... but I accidentally ordered twice. I tried to cancel the first ApplePay to change the card I was using. Thought I had doe it in time and ordered again... they promptly emailed me to check if I really meant to order two SMSL M500 DACs. I replied I only wanted to buy one and they took care of it right away and my SMSL M500 DAC is on it's way to me already. It's April 10 and you can't get an M500 from Amazon until June. Good company. Smart people who immediately caught and fixed my mistake before it became a problem for all of us!
I have purchased a Cayin E02 DAC board from HifiGo, with the Priority shipping service. The parcel took 16 days to arrive, the tracking info seemed to be stuck so I wrote to the customer service, they assured me that the parcel would arrive and that in any case they would follow the tracking of my parcel. Few days after I got my purchase! Very well packed. I am completely satisfied with them.
I recently ordered the Moondrop Blessings 2 iem from Hifigo. As expected due to the current pandemic, there are supply shortages for the widely popular new iem. The customer service representatives at Hifigo kept me updated on any new developments and kept in contact with me throughout the process. I bought 3 pairs of Schleining MTW 100 earbuds here. The earbuds are super nice. The communication with the business was exemplary. First I changed the order and everything went smoothly. I ordered two Topping products from HiFiGo (E30 and P50). They only had the E30 in stock, so after a quick back and forth between myself and Kangyi (the rep), we agreed to ship to the E30 and then the P50 once it arrived back in stock. E30 arrived without a hitch, and the P50 is now on the way. I was surprised at how quick they responded to my questions and am very very pleased with the customer service. This is the first time I've purchased directly from China and other than the wait time for shipping, the customer service has been outstanding.
I usually don't bother on writing reviews but I have to for HifFiGO. Their support team always responded to my emails about the product I wanted to order, which I eventually order. They always responded on my follow up questions with a status of delivery (getting stuck at home during the COVID-19 made more impatient). They delivered. Price was good, in comparison to what was out there. The product rocks too (FiiO BTR5).

I recently bought a pair of Kinera Baldr IEMs from HiFIGo and have found the service to be truly exceptional. The website is very informative and includes numerous photos and videos describing the product. All outstanding queries that I had were promptly answered by customer support(via Facebook Messenger). Shipping(FedEx) was quicker than expected and I found the IEMs to be very well packed for shipping. Highly recommended.

HiFiGo is the best online audio seller there is. Trust me since I bought from many different online sellers (Linsoul, Penon, Shenzhen Audio etc) but was not fully satisfied. HifiGo was the only company to go the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted (customize two different IEMs from two different manufacturers).
Only HiFiGo contacted both manufacturers and asked them to make the IEMs based on my specifications. They said they would try their best to fulfill my requests. NOW THAT'S SERVICE! No other seller even bothered in contacting the manufacturer. They only said that it can not be done and could not meet my expectations.
I will only buy from HiFiGo from now on. They are truly the best (bar none) seller with zero frustrations. You can trust them and buy with confidence.

I ordered the Topping E30, unfortunately the product got stuck in the customs after reaching Canada. I had no hope of getting it back but HiFiGo sent me a new one through FedEx without any charge. This is not something I expected since they are not bound to send me one and it got stuck in the border services. I am very pleased with the service and thankful too.
As for the product, I was already getting good sound through my HD800S headset and Cambridge Dac Magic Plus DAC and JDS lab atom amplifier, thought of upgrading the DAC and did not expect much improvement but I was wrong, listening to Killing Me Softly by Roberta Flack, the soundstage seemed to increase considerably in size. The voices of the other women seemed to fill up a large stage in which she was singing. Also Helium by Sia, it seemed I could hear the background voices much more clearly with this DAC.
I loved the service and the product too.
