Hi - ordered a cable and Moondrop Blessing 2 from HiFiGo. Order arrived quickly and for EU customers the no fees shipping is a real blessing ;)
I was a little disappointed in the finishing on the wood face plate of my Blessing 2 (there is a bit of a ridge that sticks out - and the screens fell off immediately as well) and was offered the chance to return for a new one or a small rebate (felt this could have been higher but understandable).
HiFiGo team is great though. Highly recommended.

Got the item in 6 days China-Philippines. Really great support and replies often. Lots of HiFi goods you cannot get anywhere else. Ordering is convenient as it converts to your preferred forex. Recommended site!

Second time buyer and really happy with service overall, my Shanling M8 took only 6 days to Spain which is a real record breaker. Besides, no customs fees nor taxes to pay, so I'm a happy bird and surely will buy again from this shop, I cannot recommend it enough as prices sometimes are hundreds of euros cheaper than other online stores in Europe. I'm sure others have had good luck with this company out of China. I checked the reviews myself. But I ordered 4 TRS 3 lead cables, they sent me 2,2 lead speaker cables. Buyer beware!

I don't know of any DAC that you Can change the flavour of the sound by swapping out the OP AMP which is located underneath the unit.
For me this makes it a far more exciting DAC to own.
With the ability to change the sound to suit your mood or your music makes this an awesome DAC.
Build quality and connectivity options are great as well.

I bought a DAC unit "Dethonray Honey H1". The item arrived a little over three weeks later. But after initial excitement about it, it was clearly defective and did not have an audio output. After many attempts to contact customer service they offered to return it but in order to do so they will deduct 1- Shipping fees $50.2- Restocking fees 20%. 3- Republic of china import tax 20% 4- processing fees 10-20%. In summary they wanted to deduct close to 80% of the product value.

Simply, there business practice is shady, fraudulent and clearly not the most customer service oriented.

Excellent site, good customer support, and high-quality goods. Highly recommend. All the products that I buy personally I buy from here because they are top in their game.

They did not feature my 3 star review on the fiio q5s tc, i wonder why... "cough china" anyway be careful when buying from here

I have purchased LZ A7 from Hifigo. It took one week to come to EU. Customer service was very quick and helpful answering my questions. Overall great experience and I can highly recommend Hifigo.

I have ordered at least 6 times in the last 6 months. All my orders were received within a space of 1 week. I had to return an IEM due to one earphone being intermittent. However return was streighforward and service great. I can recommend them highly enough. They also give loyalty points so you get discount on your next order. Keep up the good work.

This has been my greatest shopping experience from China so far. My new DAC arrived in a week (!) to EU with free shipping, nicely packed, couldn't be more happy about it. But then even nicer thing happened, I requested a custom adapter and a very kind guy named Dandan form HiFiGo made it happen, even with a discount:)

I recently bought a pair of Kinera Baldr IEMs from HiFIGo and have found the service to be truly exceptional. The website is very informative and includes numerous photos and videos describing the product. All outstanding queries that I had were promptly answered by customer support(via Facebook Messenger). Shipping(FedEx) was quicker than expected and I found the IEMs to be very well packed for shipping. Highly recommended.

Ordered a Topping E30+L30+RCA cables bundle. Then, I got an email on Friday offering to switch to a cheaper RCA cables because the Topping one included in the bundle was out and refund me the price difference. I replied on the same day, got shipping info on Sunday, and received the package along with the refund (to Paypal acc) on Monday. All of this accompanied by emails checking my status each step throughout the process. Never had customer service this good very from a Chinese retailer.

Hifigo is an excellent source for competitively priced audio equipment. I was looking to buy the Fiio BTR5 and found it at a much better price on their site compared to others, and it came with free shipping which is always appreciated when ordering from Canada. I had a question about the tracking information and the follow up email I received was extremely kind and personable and thoroughly addressed my concerns. Every part of the process was smooth and I was very happy with my experience. The item arrived quickly and I will gladly purchase again from their site.

If he arrived in 2 weeks, I living in Romania, all customs duties being paid, the consultants from Hifigo, showing professionalism and understanding, although I bothered them all the time.

Smsl su 9 is a best buy, with a refined sound, a well-defined 3d scene. Quick short bass, warm mediums, and highs... a very refined delicacy.

5 stars rating to HiFiGo they shiped the device quick and communication with them over email was straight forward (I was getting worry at one point with the shipment due to the current situation but their feedback calmed me down). The product arrived in good conditons (shipped with GLS in Romania), the packaging was ok and the product was sealed. I'm happy with their service.
