They take your order, charge you and then never place your order with their supplier. When you file a dispute, they do not follow up with your credit card company. It takes months to resolve. Thay are rude when you call and ask questions, they also have multiple different sites so make sure you know if it's the same LLC you're dealing with, they all act the same. Do not buy from them it's not worth the problems you will have.

LED lights
Purchased lights from this company. These lights were supposed to be 3500k, but we were sent 5000k. When contacted to get the correct light or return there, the guy was very rude to the employee that called, cussed at him, and hung up. I then contacted them today to find out about this situation and was told I could keep the lights and hung up on again. They sent the wrong product and should fix it, but instead are rude and terrible to deal with. Will never purchase from this company again.

The person we talked to was very rude, refused to help when they shipped the wrong product, cussed at us, and hung up twice. Now won't answer the phone. Terrible customer service. Will not ever do business again or recommend any of our customers use any products from this company.
