I am a sole proprietor of a photography business and I sell postcards of my images to help promote my business. I don't have a really big business, just a few customers that order a few dozen or so from time to time. I ordered 7 different sets of offset printed postcards from www.highqualityprints.com at a thousand each. As I said, I don't fill a lot of orders and I (and certainly no other sole proprietor) have time to check 7000 cards to see if they are alright. As I was filling these orders I noticed an occasional blemish, smear, dent, or outright mutilation on the postcards. I thought no problem it's just a few. As I kept going through the cards to fill orders over the year I noticed the numbers were increasing the further I went through the boxes. I went through them and apparently I noticed the ones on top were really good but the horrible ones were further down. All of the orders had discrepancies (outlined above) of 20% - 60% of the entire amount of cards. I definitely did not get my money's worth. When I explained the problem to their customer service they said to send 5 cards (and 30 cards on two of the orders) of each order to show the discrepancies. I said no problem and did just that. A week later a person named Caesar called and even though he admitted the faults of the printers and saw all the mistakes, he said I have to go through all the thousands of cards and tell him of the mistakes in 30 days of the orders placed. A daunting task for 7000 cards. He also would not offer any prorated amount of credit for all of the mistakes. I paid for 7000 cards and can only use about 4000. I got ripped off and what was really surprising is that even though this business saw all of their mistakes and admitted it they said there is a time limit to backing up their quality. Unbelievable.
