“Cheap quality”

I purchased a bag from them for a friend as a birthday gift. One of the metal rings has broken. I contacted customer service to enquire about getting a replacement ring over 5 weeks ago and no-one has replied. Is the company still in business? Poor quality bag and service. Not impressed.
