Staff great however even after staff subsequently sent me a second hat felt ….hat was still to large ….this is unfortunate. I guess this top hat will remain strictly a showpiece in my wardrobe. UNLESS you think a third hat felt might do the trick? How many hat felts is reasonable ……or absurd?
There is no other service a shipping I've been through that was so fast!my first belt was to small they done sent me another before I got the return in the mail to send back! These guys are honest a great! Thank You Emporiam. You guys r the best. Keep those belts in stock!

Purchased two hats in the same size. One fit, the other, (from a different manufacturer) did not. Disappointed to learn I would need to spend $54 to return an $80 hat. While I like the products, I won't purchase through this company due to the return policy.
The clothes were really well made and a great fit. Obviously the shipping to the UK knocks the overall cost up, but they were still great value compared with British retailers of similar period clothing.
The quality was good, but there was a sizing issue. I found your service rep less than helpful when I asked about sizing. I do not think your sizing chart with Cahill Hats is particularly accurate. That being said, your customer service rep was indifferent and lacked suggestions. I will return and try a size smaller. I buy a lot of hats and I think your sizing may too generous, but the smaller may fit. This is not thanks to your customer service rep, but because I would really like the hat. Enough to incur an extra $27 charge for return postage.
I was nervous to order thinking that the quality would not be as expected, but I was surprised to find a very nice Dragon Vest and Puff Tie. My order arrived early and was well packaged. I will order again with confidence.
Not only was the jacket stunning, but my docent character at the Daly Mansion (Montana) will no doubt catch the eyes of visitors: detail in the seams and button closures, stunning brocade fabric and the style that any Edwardian woman would be proud to wear. Sizing is slightly smaller than I expected, but the fit still is comfortable. Received the package well within the delivery date and lovingly packed. Maribel will be stylin'!
Historical Emporium is good quality of clothing, in addition, each style of product has a unique look and feel to it. I'm still frustrated that they can't bring back the Ritter wool vest and trousers. I have a vest similar to the Ritter wool ( the Julian vest) and I always wanted a vest like it, because I thought it would be good to have a variety of that type of product to wear to school as a casual attire.
This is the first time we ordered from Historical Emporium, it won't be the last. The order was filled, shipped, and arrived before Christmas even though the order was placed just five days before Christmas. The shipping packaging was great for protecting the order. First rate experience with this company.
The product arrived very quickly and ahead of schedule, and quality and looks were as advertised.
The original belt I ordered was too large - Historical Emporium made the return and exchange process very easy as well.
