Easy way to buy or trade coins and tokens. Signing up is pretty straightforward, besides I verified my identity and saved myself all the potential hassle. It is commendable that the service is designed simply and clearly, it is very convenient to track everything through your personal account. The data is stored fairly securely, as far as I can tell. Generally speaking, this service has enough positives to not only draw attention to it, but also start actively using it on an ongoing basis which I have been doing for many months now.
Nothin good can come out of doing any sort of transaction with these bunch of crooks. They are so cruel and would ruin you financially if you commit your funds to them. I was deceived but i reported them and got my funds.

I joined HitBTC in 2018 and didn't have any real issues for a few years, albeit I only joined to buy LOC and only accessed my account periodically to check they were still there. So I can't comment on the difficulties with withdrawals that others have encountered.
Last week I carried out one of those periodic checks and found my account had been EMPTIED. Turns out HitBTC introduced 'inactivity fees' in 2021 which gave them the "right" to help themselves to inactive users' funds to the tune of $10 per month, but conveniently "FORGOT" to email users to inform them of this.
How on earth did they expect inactive users to become aware of this change? Posting new terms and conditions on their website doesn't cut it. Neglecting to email users about this massive change suggests to me that it was their intention from the start to make it as difficult as possible for inactive users to find out about this, "allowing" HitBTC to pilfer funds from their accounts. That to me is a SCAM with a capital "S", and is tantamount to theft.
Thank God I only had about 150 USD of crypto in there. Now gone.
Cryptowisser have got it right:
"UPDATE 26 May 2021: We have received reports from a large number of independent sources that this exchange engages in fraudulent behaviour...
Accordingly, we have marked the exchange as a scam in our database and moved it to our Exchange Graveyard."
Tip for consumers:
I recommend you avoid this site like the plague.
Worst exchange, stay away from this... In the name of terms and conditions, they steal coins if no trades were made in 6months.
Stay away from it
