“One month, order still not left warehouse.”
December 2nd, 2016

My second call one month into wait time for my order and was told order still not sent out. Warehouse in process of moving their stock into another warehouse. IN THE MIDDLE OF CHRISTMAS SEASON! They said put rush on order, but I know that is impractical promise. Best arrival date is 12/22,20 days from today. It's aThursday. Christmas is Sunday! No time to mail out items to children before Christmas. No compensation offered as I was not informed of bad delay at time of order being placed.
