I bought a Hluru 10 notes stainless steel Handpan with a mandala pattern. After owning it for a few months, I really like the sound of my Hluru stainless steel 10 notes handpan. I play every day and it still has a good tuning. The metal is not as thick as my nitrated steel handpan so I do not need to tap it hard (should not tap hard on it and should NOT use the mallets) to get a sound loud enough and it sounds perfect. The mandala pattern is still as good as when I received it, so it looks like it will not fade at all. My only complaint is that there were a few scratches on the note plates but I guess it does not impair the quality of the sound and this Handpan was half the price, so very affordable.
I also own many kalimbas and the Hluru Kalimba is the one I prefer and I use most often. Hluru is a good company and I received my handpan in less than 2 weeks. Communication was great and they reply to my question in a timely manner. I did not have to pay a customs fee when I received my handpan, so that was awesome.
