I recently purchased a product from HOAGARD, and while the delivery was prompt and the quality of the item met my expectations, I am deeply disappointed with the customer service experience that followed.
Upon receiving the product, I noticed that the invoice, which I had provided all the necessary details for during the purchase, was not included. I promptly contacted HOAGARD via email, expressing my concern and requesting the invoice to be sent to my email address. Unfortunately, despite the passage of time, I have not received the requested invoice.
My initial attempt to address the issue was through email, but I received no response. Subsequently, I reached out through the website's contact form, and the customer support team assured me that the matter would be resolved by the end of the day. Regrettably, no resolution has been provided, and I find myself still awaiting the overdue invoice since November 22,2023.
This lack of responsiveness and failure to fulfill a basic customer service request has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with my overall experience.
