“I ordered something from here 3 months ago”

I ordered something from here 3 months ago. I never received my order, I contacted them and they said they would refund me but I haven't heard from them since. I've sent email after email with no response. I feel as if they didn't even ship it and was ripping me off from the start. So if I was anyone else do not by from this website its a ripoff.
