I got exactly what I ordered 2 days after I ordered them! Very happy with my beautiful red and white shoes!
Similar story to what everyone had here. Ordered 4! Pairs of trainers. Got a confirmation email etc. Texts about my order the it is on its way. After 15days voila, my order has arrived. A nice FAKE Burberry scarf ( what a shame its not winter and it looks ugly too). Emailed them, obviously NO answer. I report the transaction to my Bank, got a refund and they will investigate the case. STAY AWAY from this website. Disgusting people stealing money from you!
My credit card company sent a notification asking me to confirm charge from "DinoDirect" for $83.54 at about same time invoice/confirm came from HokaOne eStore for $79.96. A few red flags were no tax, no shipping, only flat rate shipping offered, etc. I am disputing the charge and read these other posts--expecting a fake Gucci belt or wallet or cheap scarf in the mail from China at some point.
As Marcus C. Experienced I also ordered a pair of Hokas from the Hokaestore.com site. I immediately received an email confirming the order, which arrived about 2 weeks later in the form of a fake Gucci belt. Messages to their customer service went unanswered so I contacted my credit card company to report the scam. Great looking site and the prices were low but not too low to set off alarm bells. A well-done con. Though the belt is too small.
I ordered a pair of shoes and within a few minutes realized it was a scam because the email was from some random woman. PayPal is involved too. I don't use PayPal for this reason. I had to cancel my credit card and got the bank involved. I was able to get a refund. PayPal knows about this scam and continues to work with them. If it looks too good to be true, it's a scam.
When I looked up Hoka Shoes their site was at the top of my search. Hokaoneone store. They had a the size I was looking for in two pairs of Hoka shoes. Once purchased I got an immediate response saying that the received my order and it would be shipped shortly. I received a tracking number which originated in China. After 5 days a small package arrived. Inside the package was a fake Gucci belt and a receipt for 4494 HKD. My cared was not billed that amount, just the amount for the shoes. No response back from them after emailing their customer service many times. I finally found one comment on the Internet from someone else that stated they had ordered shoes and got a dollar scarf. I suppose this site is new so there is not a lot about them yet
Tip for consumers:
Just stay away. It was too good to be true!!
These are thieves. They have constructed a legitimate looking website and use PayPal to generate a legitimate looking transaction e-mail. The e-mail will contain the name and e-mail address of a non-existent middleman shipper. Don't waste your time trying to contact the shipper. The ibeekoo.com customer service won't respond. PayPal will file a report on your behalf, but forget getting your money back
This site is a scam! Stay Away. I and a number of my friends ordered HOKA sneakers from this scam site. After 2 weeks and a couple of notifications that my email sent to Spam(I guess they knew better than I did) I received a tiny package with a fake Bulgari necklace that I dont want and didn't order. Contacted my credit card company who told me to contact the vendor which I have done-Ha Ha Ha no answer. I guess the credit card company will give me a refund but these people need to be taken out. I feel really silly- f its too good to be true it probably is!
Did several orders from Hoka because the model was not available on Amazon.
You run about a 50% chance of never getting delivery.
You run 100% chance of the delivery being late.
50% chance your order will not be emailed to you and no real tracking.
Other than that, fine.
This site is complete fraud, I bought a pair of Hoka shoes for $79.96 from them, they sent me an email confirming my purchase but never sent the shoes, many email I sent them remains un answered.
Do not buy from them, they are not legitimate, they have built a good web sight looks legitimate but they are not. I have contacted my credit company, they are investigating so not sure at this point if I get bmy money back.
I ordered two pairs of Hoka running trainers at the end of Feb. I thought that because of the COVID 19 pandemic the delivery was delayed! Then I received a Burberry lookalike scarf from China and put 1 and 1 together - arseholes!
Going to contact bank in the morning, hopefully not too late to do anything.
I bought a pair not even 2 months ago it took 3 weeks to break them in an now the heel ankle part has a hole poorly made high priced shoes never again!
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy them

Bought them from hokaoneone
Embarrassed to say that I too was taken in by the recent advertisement on Facebook advertising a 16 hr end of year sale by what looked exactly like the genuine HOKA site.
Ordering four pairs of runners was easy and the assurance of (using pretty poor English) instantly rang my bell. Too late, even not protected using MasterCard.
Recieved an oversized tshirt. Of course, this constitutes an exchange of item' following apology of incorrect item sent.
MasterCard say no way money back. Scammers get away with it. Have written to the local press and police In Foshan, Guangdong. I have the address of these people and have maintained some reciprocal contact with these irritatingly polite scammers!
Complete fraud; just felt something was wrong when I could not get shipping information; read the reviews too late! Glad my bank returned my money! I received socks(off brand Gucci)
Should have read all the reviews here before buying.
If you dont have any problems i gues sits fine BUT if you have any problems with your shoes and need to contact the support your screwed.
For my example the inside of the shoe started to tear up after just 1,5 month, even with a size thats to big its really poor quality. I knew this problem ahead and went to a store (hoka certifited) to measure my feet and get the correct size. The store did not have the extra wide variant so i had to buy online.
I sent them pictures and explained everything and that it happed after just 1 month, ended up blaming me for using a to big size (even after measuring my feet) and had no sympathy for the fact that it happend after 1,5 month.
Never the hoka store and never hoka shoes again.
I been buying then for years now but hey if you cant handle your customer problems with more professionalism you are not worthy my money.
Tip for consumers:
Do not buy online.
Buy from a store where they actually care about you as a customer.

Purchased shoes but received rayban sunglasses instead
Stay away completely fraudulent not a real company they just take money but don't give you the product
Was sent the entirely wrong brand, color, and even size from what I ordered. They sent fake Nikes. No response from my complaint. Don't give them money. Rip off.
I purchased a pair of hokas from this site back in July. After several inquiries I was finally told my order was being processed. Still did not receive. Have sent numerous request for status updates and to cancel and process a refund. It is now October and cannot get a response from this company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, NOTHING BUT A SCAM! I would rate a 0 but must select at least one star to post.
Tip for consumers:
Don't use. Nothing but a scam site.

None, never received my order or a refund.
I ordered Hokas in April and still haven't received them. I have contacted them several times via email, the is no phone number to call. Do not buy from this site!
I was doing a search for Hoka sneakers and inadvertently wound up on their site I ordered three pair of sneakers that were advertised as closeouts and several weeks later when I asked where my shipment was they sent me tracking information. Instead of three pair of sneakers a tiny box arrived with a fake pair of the cheapest sunglasses I've ever seen. When I inquired they said that a third-party vendor screwed up and that The sneakers were all sold out despite the fact that I could go back on their site and put any one of the sneakers but they had available on the site in a cart. I brought this to their attention which they ignored and told me that they would refund 38% of my money which would cover the cost of the glasses that I did not order. I wrote back again and tell them that I wanted three pair of sneakers or a full refund. They wrote back and said that their final offer was 50% refund. This company is a total scam. They reinvent themselves over and over again with different addresses. Another nugget is that while the original purchase amount was 96.11 they charged my credit card 103.99
Tip for consumers:
Do not order from them

This is a scam.
So the HOKA rep Adriana processed a 10% "inconvenience fee" for the $#*! show I went through with my order and poor customer service experience and now another rep called saying HOKA is going to send it to collections if I don't pay the inconvenience fee that Adriana processed…? This experience is going to be plastered everywhere. HOKA threatening to send a customer to collections because of something THEY processed.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t unless you want your package to be claimed as lost and get charged for the shoes

I am not sure the goal of this scam, but after 10 days and no product received and no shipping notification i am going to get a new credit card number.
Now you can byu cheap Hokas from this address http://www.hokaoneoneeu.com/
Got fooled, got a payment confirmation, but luckily they were too slow that the charge is still on pre-authorization state. Called my credit card company and they adviced me to put all credit card internet options on 0 euros, so they can´t charge the card.
Still, no order confirmation or tracking codes received. Only "payment succesfull" notification. As a precaution, changed all my acoounts´ passwords etc. Luckily my card is renewing anyways in short time.
This was the first and last time I will got scammed. Have to admit though: Very good one on scamming.
Should have known better I have been Hoka shoes for years and new that this website was too cheap - waited a ridiculous amount of time and a pair of socks finally turned up
Ordred shoes and they send a tracking number. Nevet received anything and of corse pay pal closed in their favor because the tracking showed it was delivered.
Tip for consumers:
Dont order from them

Shoes but never got them
SCAM! Do not order from this website. It is impersonating Hoka OneOne; it is not an authorized Hoka vendor. I thought it was, and subsequently realized it was a scam. Ordered Hoka Stinson ATR; 2 weeks later, I received 3 pairs of cheap socks from CHINA. Chase fraud department will reverse the charge on my VISA.
I ordered a pair of Hoka shoes thinking this was coming directly from Hoka based on the store name. Shipping was supposed to be four days. I got an immediate confirmation back saying they reduced the price due to "Lucky Discount" of $5. I knew something wasn't right as the confirmation was in broken Chinese English. They sent a tracking number which I followed patiently for over three weeks. Finally a package arrived but it was a cheap pair of 50 cent sunglasses that arrived in the mail. No shoes. I went to do a google search of reviews of this store and found like the other 15 people on here that this is a scam site that takes your credit card info and then sends you a cheap item instead of what you ordered and I guess they just hope you will go away. They do not respond to emails. They have no phone number that I could find. I filed a claim with the credit card company but of course they give the vendor 15 days to respond. I told them based on my internet search that this appears to be a fraudulent site and they said since I willingly gave my credit card info to them that it was considered a dispute vs a fraud issue. So the credit card company wouldn't even consider that these people might be defrauding more people every day. I put a block on my account for any other charges from this vendor. Hopefully at the end of 15 days I will get my money back. They did a great job of cutting and pasting the HOKA logos to make it look like the order was coming directly from HOKA. Don't be fooled by this outfit. Total Scammers.
