I decided to try this eSIM service because it was new and backed by ExpressVPN, a brand I trusted. Big mistake. The coverage in the US was absolutely awful – barely usable, even in areas with strong signal strength from other providers. The connection kept dropping, making it nearly impossible to do anything online.
What's worse, the service was hyped by various journalist as being seamless and reliable. In reality, it was a frustrating, glitch-filled nightmare.
ExpressVPN should stick to VPNs and leave eSIMs to companies that actually know what they're doing. I regret trying this and cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your money and your sanity – there are far better eSIM options out there. Avoid this service at all costs.
