I shop here at least twice a week. Everything I get is always best quality. Highly recommend coats, jackets and graphics. For oversized fit, size 1 down and for cropped, size up 1-2 so it's not short. You'll get lots of coupons with 60% off offers and buy 1 get 50% plus Cali cash. Really helpful workers and fast shipping, 1 minute returns!

“Horrible online service”

Sent somebody else's purchase and when I tried to call to get replacement, they told me that the hoodie and pants that I ordered were out of stock. I could only be issued a refund. Lost items and unable to replace them to me. The online rep was rude.

I've honestly never had a good opinion of Hollister because when I went there the first time I was told as a size ten I was too big to shop there, but I decided to give it a second chance when I went to the mall last weekend. I walked into the store and a worker immediately gave me a look of disgust, and the other customers basically sneered at me and my friend (who were the biggest people in the store at the time as sizes 10 and 14). I usually don't care but its frustrating I can't even walk into the store without being looked at like I'm disgusting because of my size.

I placed an online order on nov 17th for 1 item - a month later, I contacted CS a few times, trying to get an update on why I hadn't received my order, or even been given an updated! They literally told me they could not give me any informtion as to where the order was or when I would receive it, they had no idea at all. Finally after hearing nothing from them for months, I emailed them today, feb 8th, and canceled my order - I promptly received a reply that they would cancel my order and then was sent a service survey on how they did. Seriously ridiculous.

I use both a urostomy. And colostomy pouches. I wrote to get samples of their one piece pouches as I use their two piece. They wrote to say they'd send samples out. Two weeks and no samples. Meanwhile Coloplast sent me their one piece samples which I love... maybe Hollister are good too, but because of poor customer service, I'll never know so Coloplast has my business...

Do not buy from this Company. They took my money and did not deliver my order.
They did not even refund me. They said to me we are NOT going to refund or resend any thing, and this is or FINAL decision.

I order them twice and returns once spend money more than the order money, they are size are wrong end up having some tshirt can't wear, they can provide free service for return to Newzeland, they don't do anything at all no reply for email. I spend lot money for call them Itz worth less ordering from Hollister I don't recommend anyone in Newzeland with my experience

Never ever shop from Hollister people. They are a rip off. I ordered online and did a store pick up first time from this brand. Fairview mall store was quite far from my house so i drove all the way there and the store was extremely mis-managed. There was no store manager to talk to. I was told my order has been picked up even though i never recieved it. You would they would check ur ID before giving any package since its a big name "HOLLISTER". But doesn't look like they did when someone else picked up my package. All in all worst experience, stayed at the store for 2 hours, still cudn't get anything. Called online customer service, no answer. Emailed the customer service and got an answer 5 times that the order has been picked up. No follw-ups at all? I mean seriously guys, maybe they should spend more money on actually delivering the order than just mass producing all the similar styles.
My name is Raman by the way and this is no a made up story. Horrible! Horrible! HOLLISTER!

I did use a discount code for Hollister and when I pressed button agree with order I was charged right amount. However I was charged amount without any discount on my PayPal. Please be careful when using PayPal! Hollister will hold your money and will blame PayPal but it is them who is requedting the money from PayPal

Do not order from their website. They literally take years to ship anything out and I live in the same country as their warehouse. Disappointing because the quality of the clothes isn't even good

I'm specifically talking about Hollisterco.ca
And they are hands down AAMAAAZZZINNNG
Best customer service ever, I even had a rep help me out on two sites, Hollister and Abercrombie (they share same warehouse and I made two different orders on the same day) on two separate transactions... fast and knowledgable... like damn and wow. Very impressed. They have the best customer service, and their return is so so so easy with their already printed labels. No complaints. I think the girls name who was helping is name Phylicia

Hi, I am new in town, on my first visit to the woodlands mall the best store I visited was Hollister and Abercrombie. The stores are a dream come true, and the particular smell of the Abercrombie store is incomparable and unique. The Hollister store has the best staff I ever met, they are really caring, polite, and nice. I just entered to the store they welcomed me and ask me about anything I needed. They are capable and very fast. They are glad to help you with returning, gift cards, coupons, or any other issue you could have. If they cannot help you they tell you to call Customer Service and here the attention is better and nicer. I am a very frequent customer so I have made friends with the staff. And the discounts are the best!@HCOREVIEWSWEEPSTAKES

I purchased 4 pair of pants for work and within the first 3 washes they shrank. I didn't get them on sale I paid full price. I'm VERY disappointed in the quality.

The people are just rude! They blatantly ignore you when you are standing at the till. I love the brand but everytime I go into the Glasgow store I am ignored. Watching the managers ignore you. I really do wonder sometimes how they train their employees. Just a week ago I watched two employees have a conversation behind the till while I was waiting to be served. I stood there for at least 5minutes waiting. I was almost tempted to dump whatever I was goimg to buy. The service in there is disgusting you wouldn't ignore people out of work nevermind your customers. The managers obviously aren't any better. What do you people actually do but stand around looking pretty. When you come out the fits theres no one to take the items you aren't paying for. Honestly I often wonder how Hollister is still a thing because the website is terrible and the store service is HORRIFYING!

My daughter received couple of outfits for her birthday from this horrible store which I had horrible experience shopping there in past to begin with.
Unfortunately, the outfits were too small. I went to exchange size. Only size SAME ITEMS. They told me that I had to pay extra $30 because the prices went up. WHATTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT? Since when?
Were they going to give me money back if the prices went down? They refused to make the exchange without me paying the extra $30. I WILL NEVER SHOP OR TELL ANYONE ABOUT THIS STORE. I HOPE THEY CLOSE OR GO OUT OF BUSINESS.

Really great shirts and jackets as well as jeans. Thing is that sometimes it can be expensive to buy a shirt (around $20!). Regardless, the stuff is great and looks good on me lol!

I'm a 50 yo woman. I know this brand is more for youngsters. But despite that the clothes look great and weren't that expensive cause I bought it all on sale. Quality also great. Thanks Hollister

Hello. I've shopped online on Hollister a couple times before. The last time I've shopped online, they shipped 3 of the WRONG items to me. Not even just the wrong colour, but completely different shirts too! I had to return them at the actual stores and was only given store credit. So I emailed customer service and they offered me a 30% discount on my NEXT purchase. I decided to let it go. So yesterday there was a sale on the website. I remembered that I had a 30% discount offer. I emailed them just to make sure the offer was still valid after so long. They said to go ahead and place and order and then email them back to let them know the order had been placed. They would then refund me back 30% on my credit card. So I placed the order, paid and everything. Emailed them to let them know. They responded by saying that they cannot give 30% discount because the items were on sale. This was never ever mentioned to me before. We have exchanged emails more than enough time for them to mention it was only valid on regular priced items! Sneaky, irresponsible, bad customer service and experience. Never again.

Hillister Co uses Usps method of shipping and your package will be stolen by crooks from USPS. All companies by now learned who they can trust and switched to trusted UPS or FEDEX, but not Hollister Co. Stay away from shopping online with them!

I placed an order on 8/25 and my apartment # wasn't put in my package. Fedex couldn't deliver because of this and I called Hollister and was told the shipment was on it's way back to the store. I canceled that order and placed another order. The next day fedex delivered my first order that I canceled. I was refunded for my first order and then recharged for it since it was delivered. The second order was delivered and I returned it in the mail the same day. I was e-mailed 2 e-gift cards instead of my $208 being put back on my debit card, which was how I paid. I have called, chatted, and e-mailed and was told I would get a response in 3 business days. This was on the 14th! I know you have a 30 day return policy to get your original for of payment back, but the merchandise was returned before 30 days and it was the stores mistake in the first place! Almost 2 months later, still no answers! Definitely not happy and won't be spending anymore money here!

I'm not a huge fan of Hollister mainly because I feel it's aimed for people who live near the beach or in California or don't mind a shirt that says the brand all over it. But I happened to be stuck looking for jeans because I have long legs and need extended sizes. Hollister has this! I found the perfect jeans in the perfect size AND length and they were on sale! Took the average amount of days to come in, I got the email letting me know it shipped and they were wrapped nicely. And they have promo codes on the internet/retail me not app. I AM IN LOVE.

I ended up ordering from them again for my husband some shirts and myself some bras. Again, I can almost never find anything in my size and I found some for myself AND a nice shirt for my husband. Granted three things was about to cost me $60. I used a promo code and it knocked off $10. I love that I can shop for both men and women and not just one. I may not LOVE the hollister logo on their t-shirts but their sizes for women like me definitely allow me to give Hollister a thumbs up.

I ordered lots of things on July 1,2019 and 2 weeks have passed and it didn't arrive. Then I called the *******285 number, I asked when is the delivery. She said that it was returned to the parcel because of the wrong address, so I ask her the address it was sent to IT'S EXACT ADDRESS. I tell her that it's correct addresses can you send it back, I want my stuff. What she said is that NO. She said that she can't send it and I must get a refund. She also said that they don't have my stuff anymore and it's sold out. I asked her to track the package and she said she can't and that she is anointed of explaining it to me so just get the refund. When I heard that, I asked for her supervisor or a manager she refused and hang up on me. I have no problem with products that Hollister have but their online customer service is horrible.
NEVER SHOPPING THERE AGAIN
There are sooo many different places to shop at and cheaper than Hollister.

I bought sweat pants for my boyfriend. Size large. As he always is, and he wore the one pair for the day to see how they are and they seem to be a bit small fitting. We got 2 pairs that day. We brought back both pairs and tried to exchange them for a bigger size and they lady told us we can't exchange them because there isn't tags on the ONE PAIR! We do have the receipt for it. And it clearly says holister on it and I could walk to the back of the store and find the same exact pair on the floor. All I wanted to do was exchange for a bigger size and she didnt even let us do that. I spend a lot of money in this store so I am very un happy and most likely will not buy from this store again, because why couldn't I exchange them if I have the receipt and item right in hand? ON TOP OF THAT I HAD THEM FOR LESS THEN 24 HOURS…. So bottom line is. I am stuck with sweat pants that don't fit anyone! That was supposed to be a Christmas gift, and the store is quite far from me. Very unhappy

Placed an order 3 weeks ago. 1 week later was told 1 of my items was ready to be picked up. Wasn't going to waste a trip and would wait for the second item to arrive. Never receiving a call, I contacted customer service who said it had already arrived at the store over a week ago. They were able to tell me what time it was scanned in and who signed for it. I called the store and asked to speak with a manager. Kylie the manager stated that neither of my items were there and since its been longer than 10 days, I would have to call customer service to refund my money. REALLY...
I call back to customer service who said they could refund my money and for my troubles give me free shipping on my next order. I DIDN'T GET MY FIRST ORDER, WHY WOULD I ORDER AGAIN
