Once she gets your money in hand, she could care less if you receive your product. In my case, I never received my package. There isn't a customer service number, you can only contact her via email. When I contacted her, she basically told me, it was my responsibility to find out what happened to my package - not hers. I contacted FedEx and was told the company did not include my apt number so the package was lost. Even after knowing it was her company's mistake as to why the package was not delivered to me, she told me she would only send me a refund if I went to the police station and completed a stolen goods report! The package was not stolen, you didn't include my apt number and they couldn't determine the correct destination! Mind you, this was in August 2020 - the height of the pandemic and people dying left and right and she wants me to go to the police station and file a false report claiming someone stole my package! I disputed it with PayPal and the agent told me that the shipper was able to provide a tracking number indicating that the merchandise was shipped... this is where her con game went to another level because she knew she left off my apt number and I didn't get the package (because this was verified by FedEx) but still she lied to PayPal saying "I mailed it to her". I never said she didn't mail it, I said she left off my apt number and the package wasn't delivered, but she told PayPal that she mailed it to me and showed them a tracking number indicating that she had... she is very deceitful!
