Instead of receiving a new device shipped out after my initial contact, I am still trying to reach someone for help. Repairs and replacements for a device that stops working within the first twelve months seem to be more difficult than they should be. For now, I have invested $2,600 for a device that no longer works. Will a replacement even last?

I'm in Australia, and was very excited to get my holy hydrogen today. When I went to plug it in however, I realised that the ac adaptor isn't designed for the Australian socket.
And there are no plug in attachments included, which means I can't get it to work. I even dismantled my fancy soda stream (which has a detachable adapter but has to be pulled apart to access it) and tried it.
That didn't work either. I just see one green light go on, and that's it. For such a high ticket item, (quite expensive) you'd expect it to come with all three adapters that you can choose from, according to your country, so you can get it started straight away.
Edit: a couple of hours later, I also realised that the head set is missing. This is unbelievable…and unacceptable!
I'm going to have to now send them an email, (edit: and another for the non existent head set) and take it from there, but I'm disappointed, as I'm already time poor as it is.
I had negative symptoms using this holy hydrogen water. My skin became so dehydrated that a fold of skin would almost stick together. I drank adequate lemon water in addition to hydrogen water. Skin leathery and very dry. Stopped HH. Skin returned to normal hydration within 3 days. Big question: What was happening to internal organs. The only thing that I can think is the my PH was altered. But how?
Something other than hydrogen was made? Contacted HH. Frank did call. Had bad connection. He sent email. I sent full letter via email asking for evaluation and possible repair. Sent follow-up emails. Never heard from him again. My only conclusion is that this is a scam. I can't add a copy of my receipt as I not receive a receipt by email or in delivery box. All I have is my credit card statement and bank check where I paid the cc
Tip for consumers:
Don't waste your money. Hydrogen water 'should' help with energy and mental clarity as well as clearing toxicity from all cells. Not sure what this machine made because of negative results. Changed my PH? Internal organ damage a possibility?
Return policy of 14 days will tell you this is a scam. You MUST return in original package or report defect within the 14 days.

I just wish this "person" who is selling these units through this company from Japan, would make better and more contact with those of us who are purchasing this product. Works great, except seems to need to have water added several times a day. When I look forward to having some when I get home from work, I'll find it has stopped sometime during the day because it needs water. I need to start process again after adding water.
Other than that, I love it! It was shipped quickly and well packaged. I was sent an email copy of the instruction booklet, since the directions are not in English. I case for traveling would be nice, or at least one that a person could purchase.
After watching the presentation on the net and having many physical ailments I decided to take one more gamble and ordered the H machine as it sounded promising. Although it cost about $3200 Canadian, the service was prompt and without incident. So far I'm on the third day of use and the 2 things that leave me guessing is l didn't find a diaphragm in the pitcher and holding the button in for 3-4 secs. As per instructions for standby and off are not necessary.
I had to rely very heavily on their support team (mostly email and 2 phone calls) from pre-purchase to point of delivery. They were always prompt at getting back to me and very helpful. If every company had service as good as this then there would be few complaints!
I've not yet used the machine enough to rate it but it was pretty easy to setup.
My only constructive criticism is that on one occasion I had to call a few times before getting through but this is a minor point and the second time I got through just fine.
Good people to work with and unlike a lot of businesses these days they do have a way to contact them and even to talk to someone. They can be contacted either by email or phone. This is big for me since I am seeing so many companies these days making it very difficult or even impossible to contact them. I try to stay clear of those. Their products are top notch and can not find better anywhere.
I love the machine. The hydrogen man has great videos to help. Otherwise I would have lots of questions. I may attempt to draw a plan for people to step by step get going and understand the treasure they have with this machine. After about 18 days I am getting up earlier and ready to face my day. My urine stream has also gotten better and that is exciting. My performance at the gym has not gotten better but that may take time.
Interaction with Holy Hydrogen representative was surprising, profound, supportive, enlightening, kind. She went far beyond going the extra mile. She helped me with every aspect. Going the extra mile does not even say it. She took care of me as though I were a very treasured family member or a life long friend.
I just wanted to say that I have just found out about this machine and wanted to look at some reviews on it before my purchase. Sad to say every review on here is about how quickly they received their order or how nice the rep was. People want a review to be about how your health changed. What were the health benefits for you. Don't write a review unless you have given this time to work. This doesn't convince anyone to purchase this machine at all.
First of All UPS did not return after 1st missed delivery. After finding out where the machine was and retrieving it. Ehe instructions were in Japanese

With that being said I was not able to understand the written directions in English. I could not figure out what the words were referring to so thank God for the Hydrogen Man video.
The Hydrogen generator arrived in good condition, and in a timely manner. So far, the unit seems to be performing well. I'm a little upset about the cost of shipping, not only for the generator, but also for accessories.
The ordering process was efficiently handled was disappointed at not getting a warning of needing adapter from US PowerPoint to UK power point Yes it is shown in the manual. However most pieces, in fact all of equipment of this standard I have ordered online in the past have come with the appropriate adapter. With the guarantee being so precise. It was not even made clear if the guarantee would be honoured if used with the power adapter!. I'm now up & running Loving my Lourdes Hydrofix. While it was delivered speedily by Ups. I now have some problems contacting Ups & getting any answers. I paid them online for duties etc But have now received a further request for payment by DHL
Once I receive it I would be pleased to review the product. On another note: in all my correspondence with the supplier there is never a persons name in the signing off a email. It's always signed off as "Customer Service". In all my product purchasing world wide I have always had a persons name to correspond to as there was obviously allot of pride and belief in their product. Writing an email to Customer Service has zero human contact and gives me very very little trust in the transaction.
Please if possible add a little human touch to your correspondence.

This is an update to my previous review regarding Holy Hydrogen returning calls. They have yet to respond to further calls on my part and at this point I will not consider buying a $2500.00 machine when I know they have absolutly no customer service and will ignore any phone calls they receive either before or after the purchase of their machine. My guess is this a home based business with no office or staffing. Why would anyone buy a product at this price with no support? This appears to be a company preying on other peoples hopes of a solution to their personal health issues, "This is just a personal opinion based on my experience so far with this company".
We were very interested in this product and had several questions. The website encouraged us to call should we have questions however they do not answer their phones and as of yet failed to return our call.
The Machine they are selling may be good but without good customer contact numbers that have a person to communicate with this is a very risky investment on several levels.
Additionally, they state their machine is the real deal and from what we can tell this may well be true. Should someone actually read this from Holy Hydrogen their statements of quality manufacturing and parts would go a long long way towards selling this machine should they actually show the parts used in the assembly process by fully disassembling the Lourdes Hydrofix in a video for consumers to see the quality of parts they claim are being used in the assembly process.
Regardless, the single most important issue with any company is customer service which Holy Hydrogen has yet to provide to a prospective customer. Note: their hours of doing business are from 10:00am to 3:00pm PST. Hardly normal business hours for such an expensive machine.
I bought the Hydrofix because it has both the hydrogen water and inhaler feature. However, I have not been successful in using the inhaler feature because the cannula headset is poorly designed. The nose piece is very short and it hardly fits into my nose... As a result I have not been successful using the inhaler feature. In addition, when I checked the Holy Hydrogen website, the nose piece for the cannula has a longer stem. The one I received has only 1/4 of what the website shows... I wasted my money buying spare nose pieces which is of no use to me... Overall, I am dissatisfied with the purchase because I could not use the inhaler feature due to bad cannula headset.
I am using the machine but have not experienced any noticeable results. I believe it will take time to notice results in the long term. This is my first week using the Hydrogen.
I still have not received my unit.
It departed SanFrancisco on route on the 17th July so I assume it is in Customs in Australia.

Lourdes Hydrofix uses special international adapter that regulates the power input, and all you need is a socket adapter that fits your country’s power socket type and you do not need a voltage change adapters. We have this information on our product page, so we can inform all international customer at the time of purchase. We are sorry if you had missed it. We wish we could include all types of sockets adapters, but there are so many types of sockets around the world and it will not be possible for us to do so.
In regards to the headset, new cannula should be included in the inhalation lid box. You may have seen the headset from 2018 or 19 models and those are not offered on 2021 model as you see on our product page.
