I cannot say enough kind words about Holy Hydrogen! From my purchase throughout the past months they have patiently and kindly answered my questions and followed up to be sure my machine was working as it should. When I had a problem, (which was my own careless fault) they immediately took care of it. I mailed them my machine and after making certain it worked correctly they returned it to me! I would unequivocally recommend Holy Hydrogen to anyone looking to improve their health! Their Hydrogen machine Is manufactured in Japan and is the highest quality available in the world! Don't take my word for it... do your homework. Holy Hydrogen is indeed a rare and refreshing company to deal with when so many businesses are focused on conniving and deceit solely for monetary profit! THANK YOU, Frank and Holy Hydrogen!
The directions on how to use the device were followed, but after six months the buttons on the machine no longer work. The device comes on when you plug it in, but you are unable to use it. Instead of receiving a new device shipped out after my initial contact, I am still trying to reach someone for help. Repairs and replacements for a device that stops working within the first twelve months seem to be more difficult than they should be. For now, I have invested $2,600 for a device that no longer works. Will a replacement even last?

I ordered the 2019 Premium Edition Lourdes Hydrofix from HOLYHYDROGEN in Sept. And couldn't be happier! I am experiencing so much less in the way of aches and pains these days... the body is feeling many years younger (decades actually). The cannula headset should be redesigned. It is uncomfortable / awkward to use and does not extend far enough into the nose. When I want to capture much more hydrogen I run a normal 30min saturation cycle and then run it again on the same water but with the lid off using a long stem funnel submerged upside down 3-4 inches into the water directly over the hydrogen bubble stream and drink from the funnel. I also use the funnel upside down at slight angle and partially submerged at the surface edge of the water over bubble stream to collect and inhale the gas. Not sure if that works but I do that for approx. 3-5 minutes instead of using the headset. Would be great if HOLYHYDROGEN would design and sell accessory lids that could accomplish both methods.
I live outside of the US and my orders have always arrived sooner than I have expected. The same goes for a replacement filter that I ordered about 2 weeks ago. HOLYHYDROGEN usually responds quickly to my questions and I am very pleased with support they have provided. Thank you very much. Feeling great!
Easy to order and I'm happy with my new h2 machine. Especially great for stabilizing blood sugar. Doctors have yet to catch on to this.

I have had my hydrofix for 6 months. I'm embarrassed to say that I did not do the maintenance cleaning the whole time, shame on me. Then when I went to do it, I had accidentally grabbed a bottle of the wrong cleaning solution ( sodium citrate) ughhh!
Consequently after realizing it and discovering my hydrofix would not produce any hydrogen. Well, I mildly freaked out haha. Then reluctantly emailed Nao at holy hydrogen. Told her the whole story, after making my full confession she got on the phone with the engineer in Japan and said that the solution should not have affected the unit (thank godd)
However the massive calcification structures ( I took pics of and I use this thing constantly) would need to have a heavy duty cleaning with the recommended citric acid except stronger mix.
Which I did as she very patiently instructed through an email and lo and behold within 24 hours my unit was fresh as new! Whew, Swirling and twirling clouds of loving hydrogen to bless me with hahaha.
At this point I think I will do the simple monthly maintenance hahaha.
Breathing the hydrogen gas has been phenomenal for me about 1 hour a day and I feel like Superman.
I meditate at night before bed with it breathing and first thing in the morning before I get out of bed breathing and meditating with it. Then drink two pitchers or more a day.

I'm looking forward to buying another one for my second home soon.

I have not noticed any improvement using Holy Hydrogen. In fact, my sugar count has increased with Holy Hydrogen use.
I use the machine daily for my drinking water. I am starting to feel better from my allergies. My excessive phlegm is reducing.
I didn't receive the owner's manual in English. The cannula is not what they showed in the video. It doesn't work for me.
