Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend
The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

I did a Google search for modern float in vanities and they came up and glad they did.
I was particularly looking for something out of the ordinary for my guest bathroom - statement pieces. Hilary is the only site I have found that had out of the ordinary choices. The actual items seem to be made very well and are heavy duty. Not yet installed - but I can't wait to see them installed

The extendable table is a great product. Very stylish and convenient. However, the directions were confusing. Even watching a video of a similar table on YouTube. Tool six hours to figure out and one board was backward due to incorrect labeling. We were not about to take it apart again, so we drilled extra holes where they should have been. None the less we love it.
I accidently ordered two tables. One was promptly returned and refunded.

Great sofa, really pleased with it. I highly valued Customer Services who helped me with the assembly issues I had and replaced some missing and damaged parts. Was quick and simple response. However, didn't give option to expedite the shipment but have reason for delay. Other options were give to get something else but we decided to wait as we liked what we ordered.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Vina when I ordered a TV console. Unfortunately, the first one arrived damaged, but Vina handled everything like a pro. The process of getting a replacement was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Their customer service team was super responsive and genuinely concerned about making things right. They quickly arranged for a new console to be sent out and made sure it arrived at the perfect time. I was really impressed with how efficiently they managed everything and kept me updated throughout. Overall, despite the initial hiccup, Vina turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a breeze. I'd definitely recommend them for their excellent service and hassle-free process!

Our outdoor table top arrived chipped. I called the customer service line and the representative, Spencer, was super helpful and followed through our case. We hope to receive a replacement table top shortly.

There was a small issue with the product and I spoke to the customer service representative who was extremely helpful. And offered to send a replacement for no cost. And I was allowed to keep the original item as well. Such great service. Would certainly recommend Homary to all my friends.

We had a total loss house fire and are building a new house. I needed a shower (del 2/ 3 weeks) that Homary sells. The warehouse that delivers to my area code was out of stock with a 12 week lead time which is beyond my timeframe for the build. Morgan helped me with possibly getting the shower from a different warehouse. On top of all of this panic on my part, Morgan helped me through the live chat, email, issued case number, etc. for I am old and foreign to technology! Thank you so much Morgan!
