Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend
The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.
They've finally sent prepaid label to return incorrect item after I threatened to donate their incorrect item to Goodwill as my house is not a storage to hold their item. So I returned their incorrect item which cost my time to taped & took to post office. Then I received the correct item on 3/7 but I feel they should at least give some discount for the inconvenience that I have to deal with their mistake of sending wrong item to me.

We ordered the kitchen island. The product itself is great. It's solid and well made. But the instructions for putting it together were nearly impossible. The reviews say it took ten minutes. It took two of us almost 12 hours. The hardware is all named the same thing. There were no holes drilled for the hinges. There were numerous steps to build it, but it was on the front and back of one page. And the directions were tiny. The pictures were very unhelpful. We were quite pleased with the end product, however.

Absolutely disgraceful customer service, I have been struggling with customer servic for a month asked to refund me or send products again but they didn't do anything. Instead they withheld processing the second separate order even though the products are available in the warehouse. I explained i need the products as soon as possible, asked for sending missing products promptly again or refund, they promised to do so but nothing happened. They kept sending the same replies with no results. Absolutely annoying. So far i spent almost one thousand pounds,waiting a month for missing items, raised it multiple times got no refund, out of 4 products ordered got one with a massive delay,received no "guaranteed" late delivery compensation and needless no say no refund or delivery for 3 outstanding.

I had a terrible experience with this site.I had purchased 2 items and was utterly dissatisfied with both.
They look good in the pictures on the website, but in. In reality they are utterly cheap looking.
One of the items was even defective, where the surface was a bit ragged. They didn't even issue me a paid-for return label for this defective item.
For the other item it looked very shoddy. And when I tried to return it, at my own cost the carrier was costing me a lot, almost equal to the price of the item itself. Because of the sheer volume and weight of the package,... I HAD TO FORCEFULLY keep it.

I packed the product and then went to return website. The website made me take photos of all the internals, packed boxes. Then I had to pay the full shipping to get to their warehouse. It costed me 25% of the product cost. A couple of days later I got an email asking for tracking info which I misplaced. They used that to keep my product and refuse me the refund. We need laws to prevent such companies from doing business

Your company don't even deserve one star. They customer service is useless. I purchased two nightstands it's more than two months and both of them were damaged. I've ordered a table with stool "set" "well so I've thought" table set original price $500.00 sale price $148.00. I took the sale price and was entirely happy with my purchase until it came to this house 1 entire month to deliver, I saw the box delivered I thought it was wayyy to small for a table set but I thought "maybe not" when I finally open the package I almost fainted in disappointment, only one ugly stool. When I went on Amazon there are bar table sets similar that even looks more unique for that same $148.00 price range and even under that price range. I recently purchased a Black kitchen sink from Homary. It arrived, undamaged within a month but upon receipt, we opened it to find a Gunmetal gray sink instead. I contacted Homary and received a note from the manufacturer stating that if I would look at the sink in a darker light, I would find it to be black.
Purchased sofa from Homary on 2/1, it says 5014 days, and it was delivered on 3/18. Delivery crew tried to put the sofa together since I purchased white glove service. Crew members could even put it together evenly after 2 hours work, Sofa was return, and claim for refund.
Recieved email 5 days after, and told me only 10% of the orginal payment will be refunded since it is NOT their mistake. Unbelievable and ridiculous. Also, NO BAD reviews can left on their own website. Never agian!

I'm building a new home. I ordered my first light fixture from Homary because the prices were right and selection was great. I waited three months for that to arrive. My second order has been a table lamp ordered in late June and there has been no update from Homary after all these months, and still no lamp. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. I needed a matching light fixture to go with the first order item and placed that order at the beginning of August. I pray this one arrives. I know their products are coming from China, but it's definitely a slow boat. And no communication or guarantee you will get said item. Go thru Paypal just in case. I wouldn't order from them in the future.

I purchased a 6 ft. Kitchen Island from this company and after a month they had the color I had really wanted. I proceeded to get an OK from them to return the original purchase (which had never been unpacked but was after the usual return date) They had OK'd the return but I kept getting emails about not approving tl since it was past the return date. Then another emails saying it was OK, this went back and forth like this for a very long time, then they said if I paid for the return shipping it would be OK (which BTW was almost the cost of the island) This nonsense went on for 2.5 weeks...they are foreigners and have very poor communications skills so be very clear about what you want because if not they are a nightmare to deal with.

I purchased two vanities from this site for a luxury bathroom in the Washington, DC area. Online, they looked elegant and expensive. I paid $600 for each. When they arrived, I opened up one of the boxes and as soon as I saw the vanity, I knew it was trash. I took it out of the box to make sure and yes, it was made from a cheap wood and painted. It literally looked like something you would get from K-Mart for $50.
I immediately went online to request a refund--the other three boxes was not even opened. I had to wait over a week to get the return label. They send me the return label and let me know I had to pay for the return cost back to New Jersey. Guess how much the return shipping price was? $600! This is madness! DO NOT BUY from this place! You'll pay more returning it than buying it!
They need to be shut down. AND---I've been trying to leave a review on their webpage all morning. They won't allow it. A total SHAM!
