Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend

The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

After two weeks of begging, and an email alleging I will have a refund, let me explain the costs I've incurred from this business:
- $570 - for the vanity table.
- $200 - Hiring a handyman to put together the vanity table, only to find out that the product was defective - not only was the table cracked, but the parts also were wrong and impossible to assemble. I spent two weeks begging and pleading for a return label. This huge piece of furniture made an entire room of my small home completely unlivable.
- $300 for junk removal.- After calling and emailing nearly every day for two weeks, I was given an apology and was told I'll receive a refund. I live in an expensive city and was told by customer service to donate the defective vanity table "to my church" like it was a pair of shoes. This is a very heavy piece of furniture, packed poorly, in a wood pallet - how on earth am I supposed to transport this? Junk removal is $300.
- I have spent more time and money on trying to get this out of my apartment than the actual cost of the table. Homary is a scam, and I've been had. Their return policy is a lie. Also, was told for two weeks, I had to wait for the manufacturer to rectify the situation because they are the ones at fault. I didn't buy this from the manufacturer, yet the burden was completely on me to navigate this.

Total: $1,070 + probably 12 hours of my life calling, emailing, begging, unpacking, packing, and sending photos. Please do not buy from them. They will not allow you to return, even if the product is defective.

Not only is the quality of the product horrible but the run around to try and return it is even worse. I ordered two nightstands and the hardware on the legs didn't match the holes to put them together, and the paint was scratched, scuff marks on everything. When trying to use their HASSLE- FREE 30 Day Return Policy- the should have named it HUGE HASSLE-NO RETURN policy. I'm still trying to get a return label and after several pictures have been sent including the repackaged box, they are now asking me for a video. So, they want me to unpackage the stands, take them out of the box to take video of all the pictures I already sent, then repackage them? Ummmm. NO. They even offered me $80 to keep the nightstands, which are TRASH that I paid close to $500 for. Is that NO HASSLE? Awful horrible company.
**UPDATE received a call from CS asking to change this review to 5 stars. Still waiting for a return label and still getting the runaround. No issue has been solved yet.

I got a couch that was beyond horrible quality and they refused to to send a shipping label to return. The girl was extremely stupid and the customer service is terrible. I would NEVER EVER RECOMMEND BUYING FROM THEM.

I ordered from this website for the first time. And this will be the last time. I ordered a nightstand, discounted price was over $200. When I received the item and opened the box, I was shocked. This nightstand is not what I ordered at all (a completely different design and style). But it's half of the problem. The nightstand I received was all dirty. It had yellow stains all over it (like somebody urinated on it). Shelves were completely broken, and the bottom fell off (see pictures). The top panel of a nightstand was also disconnected from the item. Nightstand was all scratched, dirty and broken. This was meant to be sent on a dumpster, I guess, but they had the audacity to send it to a client. I opened a support ticket, and sent everything to them; it's been a few business days, and they didn't even give me a call. They don't take any attempts to resolve the issue. The only way for me is to email these photos to my bank and get my money back. I want a full refund for this. Now I also have to deal with this piece of trash at my home. I am a female and live alone. This nightstand is super heavy. I have to pay somebody to help me get rid of this.

Worst purchase I have ever made. I bought a sleeper sofa from them, and nothing about the product resembles the images. The pricing does not correspond to the size or quality. Prior to purchasing, I carefully considered the sizes; however, they seemed to be relatively small. In fact, it can be a wonderful addition to a toddler's room, but not to a living room. Also, the appearance of quality was really bad. The handrail wasn't even a proper fit, it was very unstable, and several of the fabrics were rather loose. Moreover, they clearly don't adhere to their advertisement, which states you have 30 days to return an item. They say that I "installed" the sofa; hence, they are rejecting the return. The sofa was tiny enough to be packed in a box and didn't require any sort of assembly. To see the couch, I simply removed it from the box and placed it on the floor, but I immediately put it back since I was dissatisfied. Even though I requested a return the same day I received the package, they have subsequently given me conflicting responses. First, they send me a rejection email but offer to send replacement parts; then they promise to send me a return label; and then they send me another rejection email. It appears that they are only counting on buyers to keep the item untouched for 30 days. Two weeks have passed. I've definitely come to the conclusion that I should never trust Homary again.

I decided to step out on a limb and give Homary a try after seeing the company pop up in all of my searches. I purchased a couple of items from them (a faucet, and pop-up drain). When the faucet arrived, I opened it and immediately noticed that the quality was subpar. I could SEE the painted brush strokes on the faucet and it was just an absolute eye sore. I've been trying to get a refund for this product for a few days now. First, they asked if I would keep the pop-up drain and just take a 10% discount on future orders. Uhm, no. There will not be any future orders. After I rejected that offer, they stated that I would have to pay for return shipping. I think that's bogus since the only reason that I no longer need the pop-up drain is because the faucet is of poor quality.

They also informed me that their manufacturers didn't feel that anything was wrong with the faucet that I purchased. It was made to look the way that it does. If that's the case, you're selling a bad product. I'm still in communication with them about returning both products. Fortunately for me, the products I purchased weren't too expensive. I just want this whole ordeal to be over. And Google if you're reading this, please don't EVER EVER EVER show me another Homary ad. They are a scam company and I'm almost positive the reviews on their site are either fake or filtered to only show positive reviews.

This the worst place to buy something. The customer services is so bad that it is impossible to describe, they claimed that they are going to help you in the return process and it is a nightmare plus after sent all the boxes for a return with all the requirements and pay the shipping they don't return your money back. STAY AWAY FOR THEM. IT IS A FRAUD.

My sofa took forever to get to me, even though I was paying for a sofa that did not exist but eventually got here from China, created and in perfect condition, and I LOVE IT! I've been trying to match the look but there is nothing like it. I gave 4 star for the freaking LOOOONG time it took to get it

This is the first ever negative review I have left in my life. I ordered two products from Homary:

1. TV Unit Stand

Right out of the box, I received a damaged TV Unit where drawer has proper crack on it. So far so good. I asked them to replace it, and they ask me to send photos which I did. They promised they will call me back with an update in 24 hours which they did not. I followed up again, and then they told they want photos of the package too (which is taking a lot of space in my small house, and they could have told in the first go). I again sent them. This time also I needed to follow up myself. Then, they told they will give me a replacement in one freaking month. I patiently waited for 1 month that it will come, but it did not. And the worst part of all, when I just follow up after 1 month, they still do not know how much more time it will take. Freaking pathetic.

2. Bedside Stand

I never ever received it in the first place, and they tell me I received it. Refund was only solution for me, for which also they did not easily gave me refund. They just tried to pursue me for a replacement (for a whole week), but I knew what I was getting into. So, I just wanted the refund. And the only good thing is I got the refund after loosing so much time.

The only thing I implore you to is NEVER do business with Homary. NEVER. Freaking pathetic and incompetent company EVER.

Bought two nightstands (same model), a few days apart from each other. Both times used Topcashback where Homary.com advertised a great cashback percentage. However, no cash back received after either purchase. Requested Topcashback to look into it, and they got in touch with Homary and eventually told me Homary approved the first cashback request but denied the second one because I used "another marketing channel". I used Topcashback and checked out the same way for both purchases, so I really don't understand how that was possible. Homary customer service will not provide an explanation. So, be aware that they will falsely advertise a high cashback percentage on sites like Topcashback, but they do not log/report these purchases, and you won't get your deserved cashback.

Update: Homary reached out to me and offered to partially refund me the owed cashback. I thought that was a nice gesture and upped my overall rating from 1 star to 3 stars. Not totally happy with the persistent emails and calls from Homary to revise my review here (Homary ironically mentioned in their email that doing so was "optional").
