Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend

The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

The products are cheap, made in China junk that does not assemble and their customer service purposely gives you a week-long run-around despite guaranteeing satisfaction. I filed claims w the BBB and paypal to get refunds.

Absolutely thrilled with my new furniture! The quality of the product is excellent! Sofa is well-made, stylish, and exactly what I was looking for. The pullout couch took over 3 months to get. It was to be the size of a king mattress and is the most uncomfortable couch I have ever sat on. It's as hard as a rock. Not sure how guests are supposed to sleep on it. It looks like a child size couch. Not worth the money that I paid.

We bought a kitchen island light which looked gorgeous on their website. Unfortunately, it had a minor damage so we needed to return it. My husband contacted them numerous times, we sent pictures, but still no resolution of the problem after a week of going back and forth. They were very generous by offering us 10% discount for future purchases (this is the last company we would consider to buy something else after such "a great experience"), so we respectfully declined it and insisted on returning a damaged item. No response since then.

Will report them to BBB and have to file a claim with my credit card company if they don't return my money.

We should have checked other reviews before buying from them, it's our fault….

We bought an expensive Hall Table. It came dammaged, low quality. They do not answer customer service calls. They respond with genetic emails asking the same questions over and over again. They are scammers. Need to file suit. Sincerely, Janice Monaco Keller, Gig Harbor, WA

Gorgeous table. Exactly what I wanted, large enough to fill the space and hefty (this guy is a whopping 200 lbs). Based on other reviews, I was a little concerned it wouldn't arrive in good condition, but that was not an issue at all. 10/10 would recommend.

I did 2 payments and bought 3 items and 2 items. With all my items I had a problem. More likely they are spam. They lied about product when I communicated through via mail. They did not want to refund me for few items. The lamp was with defect they did not want me to return they convinced me to fix it and promised me to send a part which came in 1.5 months later and it had defect also I could not assemble. I bought chair and it should be delivered within 3-5 days. It did not happen yes it already 2 weeks. I asked where is my chairs they lied to me. They told me I have to connect to FedEx but really was they created label and never sent to FedEx. They still did not refund me for the chair I applied for refund more then 1 week ago. I got one item which was not broken. It look ok but it very cheap. I would not recommend it you. Please, fine someone else to buy from. I attached One of my email with service you can see … it was the worse experience I even had in my shopping life.

Don’t buy from this company, they don’t refund me, they send me broken item, quality is very cheap and bad. They lied to me and trying to do all possible not to return my money.

Sofa sleeper was $1700 and worth less than $300! They charged me to have it delivered and take away the boxes (debris) as they call it! Then said 24hrs later that I could not return this couch! …. Because i did NOT have the box? Super rude customer service! Obviously a scam company! Do NOT buy anything from them! You will regret it!

Avoid at all costs! The product they sent me did not work and they refused to issue a return or refund. I went back and forth with them via email for over a month about the issue. After repeated refusals to accept a return and issue a refund, I filed a chargeback. They LIED in their response to my bank, writing "We heard nothing from the buyer regarding this transaction after delivery."
