The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

Before ordering a product, they said, it will ship in 3 days, once you order, and pay, then they say:
It will be shipped over seas, and instead of 3 days, you're looking at 3 months.
Another major issue is refund policy
It took me 2 weeks to refund the money, they offer you another product, which i'm not interested in.
Basically California registered company, but real office is in China
What a shame that this is allowed

Pretending to be operating from California, but basically they’re located in China, and operate directly from there

I HIGHLY would recommend to NOT use Homary. I received an incomplete order, then was shipped the remaining pieces for a different piece meaning my order could never be put on. They told me that there is no problem with my order after I sent them videos and pictures of the incorrect order. To sum it up, I paid $800 for something that I can't even put together and they won't give me a refund or credit besides a "10%" on any order.

They do false advertisement saying you can return within 30 days after receiving the product, which is standard consumer return policy in the States. Don't believe that. You won't be able to return anything unless if it is broken when you receive it. The product doesn't look like its advertised picture at all and you won't be allowed to return it.

Customer service of Homary is the worst!

I purchased multiple items. Majority of them don't look as great as the advertised pictures and I wasn't allowed to do the return unless it arrived damaged.

I bought a piece of decoration, waited 3 months and received a piece of junk. It looks very nice in the picture and completed different in person. Honestly it's not cheap at all compared to that you go to the store locally to pick up the same product. Sometimes you thought you find a nice piece online and it turned out to waste your time, money and energy... If you change your mind, they make you pay for the return to ship it back to China. I ended up keeping a junk. Again, don't buy from this Chinese company unless you see the product in person and know for sure you'll like it which is rarely. Most cases, you will waste your time and money

Once they get your money your out of luck. The cheapest qualify straight from China. How this company is allowed to do business in the US is beyond me. There is no corporate number. Everything is done by email and they give you the run around. $1500 shower system was complete garbage. Didn't work. Chipped paint. Rusted hose, turns on randomly. Freaking unbelievable! I saw all the negative reviews on this site and was surprised to see all the negative reviews. I purchased a complete shower system, body sprays, extra large rain shower head and controls. The control went bad. After explaining the issue, they sent me new parts. I was very happy. I then bought a coffee table from them. It arrived well packed and in excellent condition. We just placed an outdoor furniture order that has not arrived yet (which is what made me check reviews again).
I know how frustrating receiving damaged items can be. We are also in the Amazon age where returns are relatively simple. I don't think that is their model and consumers should be aware of that before placing orders.
In my experience, everything has gone well and I continue to look at their website when I online show. Hope this review helps.

Absolute disaster. Ordered an office chain and the screws do not fit into the holes. Takes multiple days to get a customer service response. Constantly saying "we are passing you to the right department." They offered to replace the part within 4 weeks. Now it is over 2 months. Attempting to request a full refund and they offered 10% off my next order. I think this company is fraudulent. Stay away!

I ordered 2 wall lights and when they arrived they didn't fit a US junction box and they wanted me to just screw them into the wall?! It took rounds of photos and emails each taking 5 day turnaround to finally get them to return it That was 7 days ago and I'm still waiting for the shipping label. Don't waste your time or money, dealing with customer service is a nightmare.

The barstool was way too flimsy and I had ordered 4 of them.

They insisted that only 1 is defective because I refused to open the other 3.

They use bait and switch. Prices in email blasts are not accurate. Coupon codes don't work. Some of their products look great but I certainly wouldn't risk purchasing from here.

Doing a reverse sesrch on the item I attempted to purchase shows it listed on Alibaba and Ali Express. Do with that info what you will.

I bought a dining table and the chairs advertised to match. The chairs arrived within two weeks, however had to wait nearly three months for the dining table. Which from the images represented on the website four chairs should fit under the table between the legs. However only one chair fits per side. I now am in a position that I have chairs I can't return, and they said I would be charged a refund for the dining table even though the image attached is misleading to the size dimensions of the table. I will never buy from this company again after spending £1300 on these items and stuck with a table that looks like

Do not purchase anything from this company no matter how pretty it looks online. I ordered a wall clock that was supposed to be "Large". It was tiny and looked fake compared to the pictures and descriptions on their site. Now they are asking me to contact FedEx to calculate the return shipping.

Lord help me! I should had read the reviews before ordering ANYTHING from this company. I had to wait forever for my gold table and when I finally got it the paint was damaged and it went downhill from then on. Spoke to four different customer service agents, gave them pictures and seven emails later I'm still struggling to get a shipping label, now they want me to take 10% refund and keep the damaged table or shipping is on me. Since I didn't accept their offer now they just went silent and stopped responding to me. This company is a scam and that's why they don't care about customer satisfaction. I'm going to share my experience on social media and make sure it goes viral. They requested pictures of original packaging and it still didn't help.

I bought a shoe storage bench from them and it can't even store a men's size 10 shoe without causing the sliding doors to jam. The rating for the item on their site is 4.9 and it didn't publish my bad review. It looks like that the company hides all the bad reviews. The company claims to have 30 days of return policy, but it doesn't allow the return if the item has been taken out of the box and assembled. Stay away! I should have read reviews from other sites before buying anything from them.

I ordered a $1200 dining table from this site. It took approximately 5 days to arrive which was wonderful. I noticed a dime-sized dent in the table top and that the assembly parts (screws/bolts) were missing from my package. I reached out to their customer service and they issued a partial refund and are expediting the parts to me. Mistakes are inevitable, we are human. Complete scam - They're giving discounts for fake reviews even before the item is received. Defective item (missing parts, damaged parts, non-functional parts). Opened a case for resolution. Won't accept return if furniture is assembled. How are you supposed to know in advance about a non-functional part. In our case it was the drawers of the coffee table. Upon asking for refund for return they told us that since this item is assembled it cannot be returned. Don't fall for this scam.

I bought 2 expensive toilets on this site. They provided me with 1 defective one that did not flush properly. Not only did I have to chase them up for customer service, they then sent me on a wild goose chase - of providing photos of the packaging and videos of the problem - for them to 'confer' with the product experts that suggested the pressure was poor. Then they wanted more videos from around the home, and basically took 0 responsiblity for providing a defective item. I asked them to send technicians out to investigate and fix - and that was never an option. Ordered a makeup vanity in August. No tracking capacity. Ordered again. So…10 boxes arrived. Defective parts. Full refund requested. Maybe, need more info, return needed, resolution offered. Accepted. Nope, now need more info. Run around and around

I ordered a cabinet that was solid wood. From a distance it looked good but once you really looked, It seems more like a school wood shop project. The stain is unfinished on the inside you can see lines where they missed on almost every shelf. A patch of unwanted wood on the inside. Also one of the boards was really rough on the inside like it had never been sanded. No attention to detail, not worth the price. We are still in the return process so we will update once that is done
