The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.
I ordered a $579 coffee table. The table came and the color was not at all the same as depicted. Despite "easy returns" being advertised all over their website, I have been trying to return this item for over a week to no avail. When you can get a representative on the phone, they will say that a return label will be sent to you within the hour —- it never gets sent. Instead, I received several emails asking if I wanted 10% or 15% off the item. I very clearly communicated, at least 6 times that I do not want a percentage off the item, I want to return the item for my money back. They just talk in circles and will not let you return what you want to return. Horrible experience, will NEVER shop here again!

Dining table inserts are moving and legs cannot be flushed against the top.shakes all the time. Please stay away from this really low quality retailer. Bought two computer desks from them recently for ~$1450 in total. Both required a replacement due to damage and manufacturing defects. One table got replaced. On the other one we are still going back and forth. Generally, expect very high level manual, missing parts, misaligned factory drilled holes. Very shoddy product quality, even for a product manufactured in China.

I bought more than 10 pcs of furniture from this website, and the qualities are really bad at the prices they are selling for. When some items become structurally defective right after assembling, I requested a return since it's within 30 days. They say they will process the return, but then it took several weeks, and multiple customer service members reached out. Each says different things, and they try to prevent you from returning anything. Very bad after-sale service. Don't buy, it's only going to give you a headache later.

Company fools you into thinking products are made locally but instead are made in China. The directions came in Chinese and for the wrong product. I had to drill my own holes for pieces to fit. I left a negative review on site but they do not post them. They only post positive reviews to deceive other buyers. Wasted money on an uncomfortable couch and return policy is rediculous. Do yourself a favor and check other reviews for the site before purchasing any product from them.

They say if something looks too good to be true it probably is. I was about to drop almost $1000 on this site (similar item on other sites is almost double) so I decided to read the reviews. There were word for word 5 star reviews made a year apart, not to mention almost every 5 star review was duplicated and posted twice in a row. Only a handful were from "verified buyers" and who knows if that's even true. If a company is deceptive with their website and reviews, that's all I need to know to take my business elsewhere.

This company does not understand what customer service is at all.
Talked to a few people even get the problem escalated and asking for so many different things. Neither did they resolve the problem or acknowledge anything at all. To say the least, i will never buy anything from there ever again and I will tell my friends and colleagues not to do the same. Will it hurt them probably not and with this attitude they have they probably don't even care. It is ok eventually it will come back around and they will get their dues.
At the very least acknowledge your issues and fix them. Not to say that the product was late to deliver in the first place. They are hiding behind lies and play delay tactics to avoid dealing with the issues.
Seriously get out of the business if you cannot handle the products. No one seems to understand anything and cannot even find videos on the item which was order within 1 year.

Terrible service and poor quality products. They sell chinese and indian crap that you will wait forever and then you won't be able to get your money back. I ordered a sofa and a desk from them. I waited 5 months for the sofa, instead of the promised 3. Then I received a letter stating that I had to wait 3 months more. The desk came in 4 months, but it turned out to be wrong colour, wrong size, terrible quality and the boxes in it do not close properly. For the past three weeks I have been trying to get a refund from them for a desk. Unsuccessfully. Just a nightmare. Never contact this company.

Very cheap and overpriced items. I would have been better off buying at ikea or some no brand item on Amazon or Wayfair. The furniture and the lamp they sent me were so unbelievably cheap, it is disgusting. I can't believe I was so gullible buying from this company.
