The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

AVOID BUYING FROM THEM AT ALL COST if you value your money and time!

The product I received looks NOTHING like the product image. I attached a photo of actual product VS their product picture below. Quality is so terrible I wouldn't want it for free. It's so bad I don't even think GoodWill would accept it as a donation. In addition, customer service purposely make it nearly impossible to return the product.

The 5 stars reviews here and on their website are most likely FAKE. You will notice none of the good reviews on their website have photos, that's because photos of the actual product without all that photoshop would reveal the true nature of their horrible products.

Quality of product and service are both 0 out of 10. This is certainly one of the worst experiences I have ever had shopping online.

The worst service ever. The item that I bought was marked as available immediately. I paid for it on July 1st. Today it's Sept 20th and my order has not been shipped yet. On July 15th I was promised that the order will be delivered within 12 weeks (meaning before October 7th). Today I checked the status and it says the expected delivery time is between Nov 1st and Dec 2nd. Nobody contacted me regarding the delay of the delivery.

Quality and service... everything is bad! Return policy is bad too. They sent me an wrong parts and they never sent me the product again. They didn't refund me 100% either. They kept change the words... (we'll send you again. Oh. Nvm. We'll refund 40%... We sent it again. Oh well no...wtf)

I ordered a green pullout sleeper sofa and paid extra for white glove delivery, and it is pretty, but terrible to sit on, because its 90 degree angle back is uncomfortable even when it is working well, which it never is, because it slides out with almost no effort or pressure. There are no brakes on the wheels, so there is nothing to stop the base from sliding out when leaning against the back while seated. The arm rests are also so thin, theres almost nothing to rest on. The worst part is the cushions, which do not make a comfortable base while seated OR lying down. I'm so disappointed in the quality of this couch for the high price. Returning the couch is also impossible, because I paid extra for the white glove delivery, and they took the packaging with them after they left, and the company WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS WITHOUT THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING. I had to argue and negotiate for weeks for them to agree to even a partial refund, and it's still not worth it.

Tip for consumers:
Order elsewhere. Terrible quality, and while the service was earnest and polite, the return policy is terrible and the refunds offered are not worth the risk

I received a sideboard from Homary that costed around $400. There were MULTIPLE pieces of the product missing key screw holes. This included the doors to the cabinet which would not open and close properly without precision positioning. Without holes, there was no way to line it up. After reaching out to Homary about this, their response was, and I quote:

"After checking with our product team we could provide pre-drilled holes, but during the long-term shipping, moisture and bacteria will definitely nullify pre-drilled holes. So for this item, we are afraid, customers will need to drill on their own."

Umm. What? The product is full of holes. You're just missing a bunch. Bacteria? Seriously. An AI writing platform could have provided me a better fake response than this one. They offered a refund but only if I paid the shipping costs. For a defective product.

I BEG of you. Don't give this company your money. Purchase from someone that cares about their customers. The bar is pretty low.

The website shows lots of very high-end looking furniture for cheap prices. It is too good to be true. You will not have an experience similar to buying anything else online -- there's no ability to track the package, no estimated arrival date, and when we finally got it, the item was extremely poorly constructed. There were missing parts, parts not fitting into one another as the product was so poorly machined. The edges of the metal were extremely sharp. We purchased a lamp, and the lamp cover does not allow for any lightbulbs to actually be screwed into the lamp. The wiring of the lamp got so hot after a few minutes that we were concerned it would catch on fire.

Additionally, the customer service process has been the worst I've ever encountered. Phone calls and e-mails with people who continue a delay tactic, promising to issue refunds or return labels within 24 hours after they check with their warehouse, product team, management, marketing team, etc. They even had the audacity to tell us things were taking long after three weeks of dodging an answer by saying that they were preparing for Black Friday "hot deals".

I just purchased a coach from Homary. FYI this is not a complete scam as the product I received was very close to the picture - no outright lies in the description - but the quality isn't there. What I really feel is bad form and manipulative is the reviews are either fake or filtered. All short reviews which as we all know at this point aren't real. Unfiltered reviews look like Amazon reviews - Some may be short but you always have some good descriptive reviews in there.

Here's a key black and white fact... the coach I bought was essentially a piece of foldable foam that cost $1400. No assembly was needed. Yet one of the reviews even listed today says "easy assembly" - red flag.

I just posted an unadulterated review that was 3 stars describing the above I'll update if I see it wasn't posted.

Tip for consumers:
Homary isn't being fully transparent on their products.

Stay FAR AWAY from this company! I wish I read all the reviews before purchasing. The reviews linked to their website/product is misleading as it only displays the good reviews. They do NOT accept any returns even 1) got verbal confirmation on the phone several times before purchasing 2) product is defective. They REFUSE to communicate with the customer for any possible solution as they DO NOT pick up the after-sale phone line (you may waggle around by calling the purchase line since they still want your $, but their wording worth nothing since they do not keep their promise) NOR return any emails. WORST company ever worked with during my life. Will NEVER do business with them again.

Received it after 6-7 weet
The order was coffee table …. On picture site is seems not bad
But that table is for kids toys no way for other things not even a foot high. And small ….
Very pricey
I contacted them, i explained after half an hour talking to customers servive
They try to convince me to keep it …after all they sey returned the it… how and where i dont know….
I send 3 times emails saying requesting rma # no
Even though the returning must be expensive…
I called and emailed.nobody answer.

The quality is absolutely low(cheap rubbish) The delivery took whole day and when they turned up the driver unloaded it and left without even bother to help me. The sofa weights 108 kg according to the delivery manifest. Also, I ended up with a pile of wood and pallets which I need to pay to get removed. So, if ypou want to buy from this company AVOID AT ALL COSTS! AVOID! AVOID!

I recently had a shopping experience with this company, and unfortunately, it did not go as smoothly as I had hoped. While some of the products I received were great, a couple of them were damaged upon arrival, and I was unable to return them due to the high shipping costs.

The real issue, however, was with the shipping time and customer service. It was a nightmare to deal with, and I'm still waiting on two products I purchased back in February. The customer service I received was incredibly frustrating, with false promises and a complete lack of follow-up.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience overall and do not think I will be able to order from this company again. The positive aspects were overshadowed by the shipping time and customer service issues, which were so terrible that it is hard to recommend them to others.

In conclusion, while some of the products were great, the damaged products, high shipping time, and abysmal customer service make it hard to recommend this company. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make improvements for future customers.

Money, and DO NOT BUY from this terrible company! Buy from your local REAL stores! Horrible customer service! They delivery so quickly but it will take forever to "process" returns! Their customer service is a joke. My chats got mixed with someone else's chat while I was submitting my return request and the rep ended my (someone else's) chat without saying anything! This happened twice so I called their customer service! They just promise over the phone to please you, but they lie. I bought two defective nightstands from them. It's been more than 3 weeks I have been emailing and calling them to send me pre-paid shipping labels and instead of doing that they sent me a tag with their U.S. warehouse address on it and "AUTHORIZED" my return and told me I have to ship the product within 7 days at my own costs! Ridiculous! I opened a claim with PayPal and will get my money back from these scammers! Do not trust the positive reviews they are all fake and not in english. I wish I did not trust the positive reviews! This was the first and last time buying from this fake company in China!

I paid over 600 quid for a shocking piece of MDF stuck on 4 metal legs. It arrrived poorly packaged and was damaged. The paint was uneven, there were dents in the wood and metal, screw caps were off. I have been emailing HOMARY for weeks in order to get a refund. I had one email saying "Sorry for the late reply because I was sick.Thank you very much for providing us these pictures, just now we already applied the return sticker for you. After our product return specialist finshed the information and pictures auditing, they will send you the return label". Apparently my sticker is sick too because I haven't received that. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY you might as well flush your money down the bog.

I bought 2 chairs for $1200 from Homary. The price seemed insane for 2 accent chairs, but they were unlike anything we saw elsewhere. They both arrived with a 13.5 inch seat height even though the website clearly says 16 3/4 inches. They are honestly the seat height of chairs made for children. So uncomfortable, and they look really weird. After 15 days going back and forth with customer service trying to return them for a full refund (THEY SHOULD BE RETUNABLE! Their WEBSITE SAYS THEY HAVE A 1 YEAR WARRANTY AND THAT THIS ITEM IS RETURNABLE!) All they've offered me is $200 refund since they say "the measurement isn't too far off and the item is still very usable" - perhaps... but for children! Delayed shipping, poor item quality, incorrect descriptions, and TERRIBLE customer service. I am EXTREMELY disappointed. Pictures of chair with seat LOWER than a coffee table height! Also of incorrect measurements.

Tip for consumers:
Dishonest company with incorrectly described items, shipping times, and falsely advertised warranty and return policy.

So far I ordered TV console and coffee table (and I'm done). Any other store has better quality than you are sending guys! I'm just shocked what I'm receiving!

It seems most of the products are shipped by third party sellers. Ordered a floating TV stand and upon checking the package, it was way lighter than it should have been at only 10 lbs. Which was the first red flag. Upon opening it there was an old piece of wood and no signs of the TV stand. They said they will ship out a replacement item but it will take 2 months or so. After waiting more than 2 months, and when asked about the status of the replacement, I was told that I was refunded for the item so they won't be shipping the replacement. I've wasted close to 3 months waiting just to hear this at the last minute.

After searching around the web for reviews of this company, it seems that they employ a lot of bad practices and in some cases borderline scammy. They buy fake reviews, and their customer support is really slow and horrible. The products they advertise are generally not what you receive. Unless you're willing to waste time and risk not getting your product, don't give them your business.

Tip for consumers:
Simple, do not purchase from this site.
