Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend
The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.
My Homary furniture finally came and I love it! The package was securely packaged and it's quality is fabulous for the price!

Reluctant to provide refunds for faulty products
AVOID AT ALL COST'S- RELUCTANT TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR FAULTY ITEMS.
We ordered a toilet that was a substantial amount of money that arrived faulty and was not fit for purpose. After noticing the defects with the product we was conscience of the 30 day return period so notified them immediately.
Online and via the phone states they aim to contact you within 24 hours, after multiple emails over several days we have had no correspondence from the customer service team except an email to decline the request for a refund as they state the product was 'used', along with advice on how to fix mechanical malfunctions with the product which were of no use. The product was in no means 'used', it was initially opened by our plumbing engineers, as any consumer would do, which resulted in us noticing the faults with the product. We have every faith in our Plumbing and Heating engineers to make a decision if a product is not fit for purpose and not as described.
When asking for a detailed response for their reason to decline a refund for a faulty product that is no fault of our own they seem to struggle to provide one.
It has now been 4 days with no communication from the customer services team and as explained to them we was conscience of the 30 day return period.
Seen similar reviews regarding their reluctance to provide customers with refunds. Happy to take your money but struggle to rectify it when a refund request is raised.
Would defiantly not recommend terrible service.
Would avoid at all costs as they seem reluctant to provide refunds customers have a right to request for products that are not fit for purpose due to them.

I purchased an 81.1" Blue Arm Full Sleeper Sofa Bed with Storage&Side Pockets from Homary.com because my wife thought having a sleeper that could pull out into a full bed would be nice. From their website, it looked like a good deal. It had 5 stars, it had a pullout mechanism, they advertised that is was fully assembled under their assembly section, and they advertised: "We will pay for the return or exchange cost if quality issues are involved. If you're returning or exchanging the item because you changed your mind, customers are responsible for return shipping cost". The original shipping cost was $149 so I figured if worse comes to worse I'll be out $300 total. I figured for a specialty couch $1600 was a reasonable price. I even paid for their 'white-glove' service to make sure I didn't damage the couch on delivery.
Unfortunately, it was not fully assembled like I was made to believe by their website's advertisement. It came in four pieces: the bottom, the back, and two sides. It did not use bolts and instead used a v-shaped slip on design (see picture). When I sat down, the side I was using to prop myself up on fell off and I ended up on the floor.
Their 30-day return policy should be illegal as false advertisement. When their representatives brought the couch, my wife saw what was going on and informed them we didn't want the couch. Their representative informed us the warehouse couldn't accept the couch back; we would have to call Homary to cancel. Then I tried to sit down and the side fell off. We called them and they informed us they couldn't process our return, a manager had to do this. Their manager emailed me back trying to claim ignorance and blaming me for assembling the couch incorrectly. If their representatives, who are in the business, can't properly assemble the couch; then how I am supposed to properly assemble the couch?
After getting push-back from what I expected to be a seamless return; I found their return policy and that is when I discovered it impossible to return a bad couch with them. They state they only accept returns that are, "4.With original tags and original packaging" which is impossible as their representatives destroyed the original packaging on delivery and "2.You would need to package the same way when the item arrives to ensure the product meets the requirements for the carrier." Which is also impossible to perform given I am not a manufacturing plant and do not remember how it was originally packaged as I didn't unpack the couch; their representatives did.
This couch shouldn't be allowed to be sold as it is dangerous and might cause injury; furthermore, their 30-day return policy should be removed from their main page as it falsely causes people to assume if they don't like a product it can be returned--let alone if there are quality issues.

As stated in review, while their refund policy is supposed to be full; it appears impossible to actually get it.
