Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend

The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

We purchased a shoe organizer that needed magnets to keep the door closed. Upon opening the box, the magnets popped off. The shoe organizer is cheap looking and ugly in person, unlike the online image.

After numerous annoying emails from Homary, they were unwilling to admit their product is garbage, and refused to refund me, or allow me to return the product with pre paid postage. They wanted me to pay $90 to return the item!

I will never purchase anything from this company again, and I strongly suggest that you don't either.

Product was horrible quality, initiated a return (Jackey), sent them the requested pictures, corresponded with emails, spoke with Jon, they were reviewing, he would send the RMA, I would need to pay for shipping. Didn't receive label, called back, now I can't return it's on clearance, odd it was fine the other day., He needed more time, probably eating up the 30 days, called today, spoke with Jenny, who you can't understand, she said it's my problem was rude as can be, I asked for another rep, she laughed said call back, I did got her, she said I'm the problem, put me on hold and hung up. I have numerous emails and two case numbers now. Do not use this company.

I placed an order of a coffee table... really loved the design the website says delivery in 3-9 days. Shipping company called on 9/3 to schedule delivery on 9/7. Label on the box indicates it was imported to US back in January; So i guess they have a warehouse in US now for more popular items.

It's delivered by a freight company. It's well packed; no damage at all.

Shopping for furniture online at this website was a breeze. Their website had a wide selection of products, and I appreciated the ability to filter and refine my search based on my preferences. Ordered twice. Sent wrong parts to me twice! I've called customer service multiple times with promises to mail me missing bench leg (metal part and screws). They'll always promise to mail it except it's been a month.
One rep said I had to mail back the wrong item they sent that I DONT need in order to get the part I need for an item I paid for...

It's been a month. I'm stuck staring a bench with one leg.

I don't even want to give them one star but had to. This is the worst business I ever dealt with. They took my money for a clock they said that all of them got damaged during delivery from their vendor and then they never returned my money. They write me an email every other day saying they will only refund my money when I remove my claim against them From my credit card company. That doesn't even make sense. Just refund my money and the credit card dispute goes away. They are thieves and they have no customer service. They don't even respond to my emails. I don't think they can read English. Terrible company. Took my money and got nothing!

The store had an excellent variety of space-saving furniture. I was pleasantly surprised by the range of options available, especially for smaller apartments like mine. If I could give ZERO I would...Bought one of the more expensive bidet toilets ($850) on Jan 20,2024. It arrived quickly. I installed the toilet and immediately had issues. Installation and operating instructions are really bad, almost unusable and incomplete. On first flush it stuck in flush mode and wouldn't stop. I unplugged the electrical and it kept flushing. I had to turn off the water valve to get it to stop. Other issues include: wouldn't auto flush, water heater quit working 1st day, spray nozzle doesn't extend to correct location for front wash, back and forth wash function doesn't work at all...I installed the toilet on Saturday and called Homary Monday morning about issues and got a case number. They are cordial on the phone, but speak broken English and have no knowledge of the products they sell. The only response I got was "we contact factory and get back to you in 1-2 days." After at least 6 calls and as many emails they have not resolved any problems. I sent detailed descriptions of problems with pics and videos as requested. They acknowledge the problems, but continue to offer no solutions, only to say that once the unit is installed it CAN NOT be returned. My only recourse was to call CC company and disputed the charge. Suddenly they offered to send me a replacement toilet AFTER I cancelled the dispute. I won't cancel until all problems are resolved, so the saga continues. These people have bad ratings for a reason. Products designed and built in China are usually junk and they don't understand how commerce works...I highly recommend USA products and company over these. By the way they only wanted me to provide a review "if I loved the product" so I doubt this review will make it to the web site.

The product did not match my expectation of colour nor quality. I immediately asked to return it since there's "30 days back guarantee". The customer support is not reachable via phone - I get a message that they are busy and then I get disconnected. I've spoken to the support via email and asked since weeks for the return labels so that I can return the items but they always give evasive responses that they need to check with the supplier and that they will get back to me. It's now been 3 weeks and they haven't send the labels even though I'm constantly reminding them! If they don't send the labels soon I will escalate this issue via my attorney.

Tip for consumers:
Don't buy from this company at all!

Stay far far away from this company! The worst customer service ever, worst quality ever! I ordered two items for a client and wished I had read the reviews prior to ordering them. I waited 6 months for one of the items and it came in damaged with parts missing and no assembly instructions. I paid for white glove service and got delivery only. I had to pay additional money to have someone assemble the desk for me. Such bad service!

I didn't know if a transformer unit was needed to connect to the connector behind the lighted mirror I had bought. Their rep Joe found out and confirmed via email that it just took 115volts AC hardwired to the connector. No other part needed.

Unfortunately i cannot select zero star otherwise i would. I ordered a pulled out couch for a guest coming visiting from abroad. I expressively requested a delivery time frame but after i payed everything changed. When I wanted to cancel the order I have been reassured the product would be shipped in time but never happened. At this point I started calling and emailing and was provided with other misleading (kept being delayed) dates. Once i was completely fed up and I called again to cancel but never received a confirmation email. I called one more time and I was told the product was already in my area and If I wanted to cancel I have to pay the returning fee to them. I am pretty sure their review are fake too. This was a nightmare and it;s not over yet...

I was impressed with the store's commitment to using sustainable materials. As someone who cares about the environment, it was important to me to find furniture that was both beautiful and eco-friendly. So far everything is going really bad because I placed a order for a King bed $1,700 in 4 /1/2023 and still no receiving it. Please before you placed your order make sure you check how long it will take it. I am praying for this order arrive at the time I was pledge as well as the quality. I will keep you post.
Note: at one point I called customer service to get my my money back and they talk me it will take 30 days for a refund. For this reason I rather to wait 2 more weeks for my bed set hopefully is a good material. Defenely I will keep you post.

Homary was prompt in reviewing my ticket and offering me a replacement top and stabilizing foot base. The desk itself is lovely and I will be sure to cover the top with fibre glass to ensure it does not chip in the future. I understand shipping furniture does come with it's risks despite great packaging. I have to give them 5 stars for their service! However, I have noticed they do not publish negative reviews. Their products have consistent 4's & 5's which is definitely unrealisticI had posted a review that did not get published.

Issues with Product

Ive previously purchased products from Homary and loved them. They were prompt in shipping and their quality was excellent. Recently I bought this desk:https://bit.ly/3ZiRDmA. It requires a drill to put it together as it does not have pre-drilled holes or marks to make assembly simpler.(Image 3 no drill) The top is a glossy white and is chipped (Image 1). Clearly it will be marked and scratched within days. In addition, a foot stabilizing base is missing (image 2). Homary support as been proactive but it is clear they do not want me to return the item or process a refund. I am working with them on a resolution. The product itself had 5 stars and a 130 reviews on their website. Im waiting to see if my 1 star review will be published. It is a beautiful desk but if I cannot use the top without scratching it easily perhaps they should sell it with a glass top?

Overall their service & products are good. I am trying to get to the bottom of the return policy when the product is defective.

I received my product yesterday and although I love the look of the couch, I need to return it because of poor quality. The legs are extremely wobbly and cannot hold the weight of the couch. I'm unsure if it's because the screws do not fit the holes properly. Some of the screws are impossible to get in fully and hang out. It is a heavy couch and because of unstable legs, it is unsafe for my children. To avoid a possible accident with my kids or a heavy set adult, I need to return it.

But when I tried to start a return, there is no order in my account. I've waited weeks for this couch, why is there no order? I called customer service but cannot get a decent connection with them. I could only hear crypted voices. I have not dealt with customer service yet but I hope they will make the process easy and quickly for me. This couch is just an accident waiting to happen.
