Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend

The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

After finding the perfect product for us (Clock), I decided to buy and does say on their website that Extra 20% off Coupon (code: Sum20) when ordering on their App. When downloaded their App, surprise, the code does not work. I called customer services today and spoke with someone who claimed that he was a senior person and could offer me 10% off but I need to buy a product then send them email with screenshots of the bank statement and product purchased and then they will give me 10% off. What on earth and living age we are in. I never ordered from them in the past. They lost a sale plus any friends and family recommendations.

The store had a great selection of outdoor furniture that was both stylish and durable. I was impressed by the variety of options available, from sleek metal chairs to cozy outdoor sofas. Sounds like a scam so people need to avoid ordering from them. Delivery was scheduled 3 weeks from the date I placed my order and has not been delivered yet after 9 weeks. Customer service representatives are rude and not willing to solve the problem. I dont think the order will be delivered at any point of time and based on my experience Homary is a crystal clear fraud.
- Homary changes the delivery date after you finalise the payment.
- Homary was not willing to fast track the delivery or do any kind of compensation for the delay.
- Homary's agents are super irresponsible and I have been waiting for their manager's call over 2 weeks to solve the problem.

TL;DR
Avoid at any cost this absolute scam

This is the second time I have had an order brought to me and left under the house and not brought into the apartment. I will not use your services again. No one warned me about this. I am a girl, I could not myself load from the street and pick up the sofa and asked neighbors to help. Now the shelf under the TV, the same thing, they left it on the street and did not want to lift it into the apartment. Both couriers said it was in their order. Terrible service. I regret that I bought something from you.

It was my worst experience by online shopping.
Too expensive and poor quality, catastrophes packing.
No installation manual, bolt and nuts, really nothing inside of packing.
No costumer services, no responsible person.
I Do not recommend to anybody!

I spent $1200 to buy dining chairs.
It estimated 3-5 weeks delivery. It arrived in 6, and two chairs had issues. One was used and broken and the other one could not be assembled. I contact them, they asked for so much none-sense to replace the two, things like a video to prove it's not assembling… for a replacement! Once I provided it, I never heard back. They just dropped dead even though the issues were within the description of eligible refund. I contacted costumer service, they said they are looking into it and they will gat back to me in 2 days, well it's been 10 and now when I reach them I get no response. A purchase that was placed in late July, now in mid October is still unresolved and I have chairs that don't work and I wasted $1200… R. U. N A. W. A. Y

I ordered a multi head shower unit and one of the pieces came broken. I spoke to customer service to get a replacement. They took 6 weeks to send replacement. They sent the WRONG ITEM! I keep calling customer service to get a full refund since they are unable to send the correct item and they keep giving me the run around. They ask for pictures, I send them and then no one can help. I need a FULL refund so I can just order a whole new unit. I am not waiting 2 more months for an item that will probably still the wrong. Their customer service department is a JOKE! They never know how to respond and just tell you you need to wait for a call from a supervisor... they never call!

I have a 1 star review to Homary after purchasing the 4 piece Tatta outdoor sofa set and the cushions faded within 2 weeks. They will give you a discount but absolutely will not refund within 30 days due to quality issues. $2500 is a lot for an outdoor set. This is BS quality. Stay far away. They delete your negative reviews.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use them. They will take your money and give you a piece of junk which is very expensive to keep. To reupholster my outdoor set the quote was over $1000

We ordered a dining table set with chairs from Homary. The items arrived were not as expected and we immediately requested to return the items and get our money back. The company keeps blowing us off. Their customer service is almost non-existent. Stay away from Homary. We contacted our credit card company and initiated a dispute. We will never but from Homary again.

Do not consider buying from this site. I purchased a bookshelf and it arrived with measurements that are bigger than listed. I contacted the company for a return and they indicated that I would have to ship it back myself (they don't provide a label) and then call back to ensure that I received a refund. The site promises "no hassle" returns but there is nothing about this that is no hassle.

Homary does NOT offer easy returns. They go out of their way to create barriers to a return and when your return actually makes back to their warehouse, they go dark. Avoid, avoid, avoid. No integrity. Not to be trusted.

Worst company ever, We are a design and build company and we are ordering many items from all kind of suppliers. They sent a product that was not working and tried to return it. Story starting now, after we found no customer service you are talking with a computer, and if you want to call them then " no available agent now" :)) )
Email is more fun: Send us a picture, yes we did, send a box picture yes we did, and then send a video, so need to re-install and re-run not properly working toilet, and who will pay for this?
If you do not have customer service then you are not the right company, think about After 30 days your product is not working, and no one other side to help and you are trashing your money into the trash can.
Stay away friendly

I bought the concrete wood dining table on Homary. It took 3 months to arrive. $1200. It did not look like the photos. The top was a wood slab painted ("concrete gray") on the top side, raw light brown wood underneath which you could see when put together. Any rub or abrasion would have nicked or ruined the table.

We purchased two (fairly expensive) night stands. This company gave us the run around. Both of the nightstands were delivered damaged. We called the company several times without any refund or offer to replace it. Do not buy from this company. They have the worst customer service. They also have several of the same complaints about damaged products. Look at the BBB ratings. They were turned in several times. I cannot believe this company is still in business. They should be shut down.

Do not purchase from this company. They do not stand behind their products! Will not give a refund or exchange for damaged goods. They will only respond to people who write positive reviews and will not post negative reviews on their site, so customers are not aware.

Whatever you do, do not purchase from here. I ordered a goal beige and tan rug and received a white with orange and brown design. When I called they demanded I take a picture of the box. They did not send it in a box they sent it in a wrap. They demanded I take a picture of the wrap I did that. Then they demanded that I show home already on the label, I did that then they said that it must've been my computer monitor that showed the wrong colors therefore I'm out of luck. This is a scam do not go there terrible
