Website was easy to use as was transaction. They give you updates on your purchase, mine came from overseas on the expected date. I did have a small problem with the item 'Float in Vanity" and they responded right away and took care of the problem. Highly recommend
The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.
I was shocked the delivery is earlier than expected. However, because of my building policy, I need to check the available time slot and date for delivery, so I requested Homary to put it on hold until further notice. Gill is really helpful and provides immediate assistance to my request. Much appreciated!
I ordered an item without realising it'll takes around 2 to 3 months to be delivered. I was panicking, trying to cancel and when I got through to Morgan on chat, he helped to process the cancellation.

I bought 3 items and really wish I had not. I ordered a "sofa bed" that acts like a sofa when folded back. It comes in a zippered case so I thought, great - it must be washable. But nope! I called and spoke to a customer service rep who said she didn't believe it was washable. I needed to wash it because it smelled unpleasant once I unboxed it. The cover did shrink slightly but I could get it back on. The second item is the table and 4 chairs. These chairs are ridiculously tiny. I'm 5'4" and 130 and I cannot sit in these chairs. You can't sit back and if you have bare skin on the faux leather seat, the color comes off! Cheap Junk! The last item is a table with 3 different levels. It's difficult to close because the hinge is very stiff and will pinch your fingers.
I had to keep calling about my order. I had to wait MONTHS for it. Each call was the same. They didn't know when it would ship and I was offered 5% off the price. When I realized these items were NOT high quality I asked to return them. I didn't know I would have to pay a restocking fee!! Really?! Because I believed the lies on the website that these items were well made, so I have to pay a restocking fee?! I wouldn't order a lightbulb from this company.
I saw a friend's sofa that she bought so I looked at the website. The sofa she had was well made vs. the one I bought which is poorly made and it was very expensive! I have never brought other items from Homary and will not ever again.

With lots of problems none of the parts matched I connected them no customer service I paid three days to my contractor for the installation because they promised to send the right part which they never did so I have to throw my $220 in the garbage they wanted me to insert the square corner knob into a rounded corner plate which is stupid

Tried to cancel order just minutes after I placed it because I realized it wasn't as pictured after the fact. It seemed like an ordeal to cancel when it should have been very simple. I still don't know if it was cancelled! This should be easy but wasn't.

I love your products!
Purchased a sleeper couch with storage from Homary and was sent a damaged and defective couch. When I contacted Homary to return and get a full refund, Homary refused to send a return label and issue a full refund. Homary tried offering deals for a partial refund and for me to keep a defective couch I can't use. Consulted with my lawyers and settles with Homary for an 80% refund and Homary kept 20%. Homary will scam you with high priced defective, poor quality items and refuse to send you a return label and issue a FULL refund.
Extremely poor customer service. Homary has no customer service, the number to call is AI and the email/chat only argues with you and tries to scam you out of your money.
I don't know why I did. Homary is a scam website that sells cheap, poor quality, defective items and refuses to allow a return and full refund.

I am not happy with my after sale experience with my 2 vanity orders. The first vanity has a missing piece of the wood # 32 & I never received it after back and forth follow up. Customer service was fine but it never got delivered until today. The second vanity order, he actual vanity table is missing. There's 4 deliveries in 1 order for USD 459. They asked me to have options to return or partial refund. I opted for partial refund and was told to have a refund of $100 for the actual vanity table that is missing. It has to be more than $100.00 since I don't even have the actual item until now.
Customer service is very good , it's just the after sale resolution of the issue that is not appropriate. I am not satisfied with the solution for my after sales issues.
I really like the unique pieces of furnitures in Homary but the hassle of follow up with missing pieces is not worth it.
