The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

Wir hatten uns für den Kauf der Lounge entschieden, da sie uns optisch sehr gefallen hat und wir speziell diese Maße für unsere neu geschaffene Ruhezone gesucht hatten.
Als Zahlungsmethode haben wir uns für PayPal entschieden – was sich als richtiger Weg gezeigt hat.
Die Lieferzeit ist recht lang – allerdings auch dem Lieferweg China nach Deutschland geschuldet - und war so angekündigt. Die Lieferung erfolgte gut verpackt durch einen Spediteur.
Nach dem Entpacken stellten wir fest, dass die Stell- Maße nicht mit denen im Angebot übereinstimmen (Lounge ist größer als angegeben!).
Beim Zusammenbau traten zwei Mängel auf – Mittelstützen Höhenverstellung hält nicht, und zwei Bohrungen für die Verschraubung der Tisch Beine waren falsch gebohrt.

Wir haben die Mängel nacharbeiten lassen und sind jetzt mit unserer neuen Lounge glücklich!

Order a Mirror that was supposed to be 27.3 Inch but it was only 23.6 inch. The stock photo is nothing like what on computer, and its cheap.tried to return it but, they want to put you through hell, take photos of the product or the box if you didn't open it. They kept popping up on my computer as a Sale that will last only 1day but, that was a lies, it was still their 48hrs later. $159.00 is not going to break me but, it will teach me not to shop with Homary again, back to WAYFAIR, no hassle returns!

I bought 3 pieces of furniture. Two of the items were defective. They took one back that was unshipped. For the unit that was shipped, they put me through the run around. Would not quickly accept the return. Messages mostly go unreturned. Phone goes to voicemail.

Homary exceeded my expectations in every way. The store had a vast selection of unique and trendy products, and each item boasted exceptional craftsmanship. I fell in love with a stunning crystal chandelier that became the centerpiece of my dining area. The whole shopping experience was a true delight.
The website does not accommodate different shipping address vs billing address. My billing address is 3 Emerson Lane, Middleton, MA and shipping address is 168 Puritan Rd, Swampscott, MA. I got the email thank you for order, the package will be delivered to 168 Puritan rd, in Middleton, MA... this combination of address does not exists. I immediately called the customer service and after spending 2 hours with her finally got and email that whatever she changed it will be sent to correct address. Today I receive confirmation address...thank you for yr order and please track yr order that is being shipped to...wrong address...I spoke with cs and then the manager.they can not do anything...I told them to cancel the order...what a waste of my time /aggrevation etc. my order is USA*******948...waste of time. I do have all emails from Queenie that she had changed the address yesterday and today fedex has wrong address...this is below expectation.

This is a huge scam website! They took over 1 month to get me my table. I asked for a return + refund because I had to buy a different table while waiting for the Homary order to arrive. They offered me a 15% refund only!
I couldn't be happier with my purchase from Homary! The solid oak construction of the dining table I bought is top-notch, and the smooth finish gives it an elegant touch. It fits perfectly in my dining room, and I can tell it will last for years to come.
The customer service I received at this furniture store was exceptional in every way. The staff was friendly, patient, and offered valuable guidance throughout the entire process. The product quality is outstanding - my new furniture is beautifully designed and constructed with attention to detail. Poor quality fabric used on this product. It looks pretty unyil you actually sit on it. Fabric will WRINKLE after first use and Homary will do nothing except offering10% discount coupon for next time use.
On top of it,they package the product in a way that you cannot UNBOX it without cutting through the package and there is no way you can preserve the shipping boxes. And they want you to ship it back (no joke it is a couch and it came in pallet)so shipping back for refund will be more money on your expense. Never buying anything from

We ordered a dining table which arrived and was extremely poor quality with chipped wood. We contacted Homary to return. They agreed to fully refund us and asked us to package the legs, as the table top was too expensive for them to return. We followed instructions and provided them with info for them to arrange a shipping label for the legs. They advised we dispose of the table too which again we followed instructions.
Fast forward 7 weeks of going back and forth and several promises of a shipping label, we still have not received a label and they keep asking us to arrange shipping. The product was faulty and it's therefore their responsibility to sort this. Extremely poor customer service and the quality of their products are even worse. Please do not buy anything from this company.
We will be taking this to BBB and also issuing a charge back with the credit card company.
How this company is able to trade is beyond me. They need to be closed down asap

They sell good looking products but if you have any issues dealing with customer service is like dealing with a broken record and keeps going in circles until you get frustrated and give up. They try to pull on your sympathy strings by saying they are a new business and can't afford returns. We ordered two of the same chairs at over $700 each. They arrived with different texture and finish bases and different heights by 1.5 inches which makes it noticeable different even when separated by a table. The fabric is also off in color from the website and description. It is described as grey and black but is actually closer to a lavender. This was confirmed by at least 3 visiting guests in case we were just color blind or biased. We asked for a 50% refund or the ability to return which they have refused so far on both accounts. We also ordered a sleeper sofa. The quality is horrible and like sleeping on cardboard. We ordered white glove delivery so the boxes were taken. Now they are refusing to allow a return claiming original packaging is required and it has been assembled. Their own website indicates no assembly is required. We also offered to buy new packaging on our own dime. Very disappointed with the customer service and quality of some products. We did order another white designer sofa from them and are happy with that purchase although unclear how long the seating area fabric will remain in decent shape based on initial use.

We ordered a desk and I should have gone with my gut and new this wasn't a wayfair kind of site. Our desk was nothing like pictures, it came damaged. After 3 WEEKS of calling and emailing everyday I never got a return label. My fault for buying from this company and expecting something that looked like the picture BUT they should have taken care of a damaged desk.
Return labels were NOT being sent, so I read other reviews and copied an idea of putting a claim on my CC/paypal. VOILA- next hour I had return labels. Homary asked me to drop the claim bc it was bad for their business. I'm sorry, I don't care about a company with poor customer service?
If you are thinking about buying from here just RUN. Oh to wayfair where they have EXCEPTIONAL customer service.

Never dealt with a company as deceptive and unethical as Homary. I simply wanted to exchange the table they sent for a bigger size. They made us repackage a huge, heavy table and take pictures. We've never heard from them since. They are basically passing up the opportunity to make MORE money with us, but are too corrupt to do the work needed to make the exchange. Why is this company allowed to do business in the US? They're based in China and seem to be getting away with lying and cheating their way across the US. Avoid this company!

Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience with Homary. I had originally purchased a wall lamp from the website, and when it arrived, it had issues with one of the glass casings. The light the shined from it was inconsistent and spotty. The glass had defects. When I initiated the return, I was simply trying to determine how to resolve this issue. Frustratingly, it took 21 total emails over the course of 3 weeks in order to get a final answer and acceptance from Homary. I still do not have a clear course of action from Homary, however, because they have not told me where to ship the return to. Additionally, they are charging me for the return shipping fee, despite the defective item.
I simply cannot recommend Homary to anyone due to this headache.
