The agent was nice. However, this doesn't look like a customer service review, but an item review. Which misleading a customer on what they are filling out is shady. So I was going to give 5 stars, but now I'm not. But if I'm misunderstanding what I'm reviewing than I apologize. But the situation is $#*!ty. Firstly the pictures are very deceiving. The pictures make the item look much bigger than it actually is. Then it came without all the parts completely encased in the annoying styrofoam packaging protection that gets everywhere. I'm really upset that it's not what I expected size wise especially considering the price. But not only those inconveniences, but the fact that everything wasn't in the box. My item came missing the pole piece and it'll take up to 5 WEEKS for the item when it took 5 days for the incomplete item to show up. Yea I'm upset.

I ordered a vanity and only received two of three pieces. I called company and they had no clue as to why the third piece never came. First, you cannot understand what they are saying and there English is very poor. I told them forget the order because bathroom was in the process of being remodeled and I could not wait for them to ship the third piece again. At first, they refused to pay for shipping but I had to threaten them with legal action to get them to pay for the shipping return. Both items were shipped in separate boxes each weighing approximately fifty's pounds through Fed Ex. One box made it to the warehouse and the other is in limbo somewhere. Homary refuses to refund my card until they get the second box. What do I have to do with shipping. If you purchase from this company you will be sorry especially if you need to return something. They have poor customer service and their warehouse is only open between 11-5 M-F. What kind of hours are those?
I also returned a faucet and they definitely refused to pay shipping for that. I sent it back by USPS and the cost was over $12 for a 3.5lb small box. Imagine sending two boxes over 50lbs.
If you're don't want a hassle and a lot of talk please don't support this Company because they won't support you

I learned my lesson and WILL NOT buy from companies located in foreign countries especially the Far East.

I ordered a dining table and 6 chairs. I received the chairs several weeks before the table. When the table arrived it was defective so I initiated a return of the table and chairs. NUMEROUS phone calls and emails… over nearly two months, i have finally received return authorizations. I have to pay over $750 to return the chairs and the table legs and base…. Because "only the table top was defective." Homary is so cheap they wont even pay to return the defective table top… they told me to keep it and discard it! Worst customer service ever. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
UPDATE 2/22: All items were delivered by FEDEX to Homary today by noon. Six hours later I received an e-mail from Homary that since the items had not been returned, they were closing out the return. They said I could reopen it IF it had been fewer than 30 days since purchase. It is well over 30 days because it took them WEEKS to issue return authorizations to me. This is literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. I have returned items to Wayfair, Costco, Amazon, Nordstrom... even a place in the UK --- and the process was always easy and seamless and refund received within a few days. I predict that I will have to come after these people for the refund (which will be minus the shipping costs because these people are f-ing slime balls

Tip for consumers:
The most difficult return policy I’ve ever encountered. The only hoop they didnt ask me to jump through was a blood test!

I have never been more disappointed in a product and the customer service in my life. I was told I would be able to return an item if I just send pictures. I sent all the pictures and I never heard back from anyone. When I called to follow-up they said they needed to speak to someone higher up and that they would get back to me in 24 hours. I never received a call back. I later received an email saying they will get back to me in 1-2 days. After waiting 3 days, I did not receive an email. When I called day 4, I was told they weren't in charge of creating return labels and that they will get back to me in 1 day. Additionally, even though the item was far from what I expected, they will not pay for the return. I am currently having to wait for a return label and I will have to ship the item at my own expense despite their deceptive advertising. They have paid reviewers to cover up the truth. I will update y'all to see if someone gets back to me in a day or if they are actually scamming me: DO NOT BUY FROM HOMARY!

Tip for consumers:
If there isn’t a picture of the actual item don’t even bother. Do not be fooled by the digital advertising. I would avoid buying from this company period. Other companies have a better refund policy. Buying furniture in store is also the best case/scenario

By far the worst buying experience I had so far, actually ever. The product does not look like it's advertised AT ALL (I have a good comparison video, but you can't upload videos here). Cushions are not as thick, not comfortable to say the least. When opening to the small bed, cushions are not as displayed on the product page, they are separated, and not set in place, and the weirdest feature is that the backrest has a space where the cushion can just fall off to the back. The storage space doesn't stay up like in the picture, I can go on and on… I hope I paint the picture that this will not be a comfortable bed to say the least. But worst of all is the customer service and the deceiving 30-day "easy" return policy. Well, it's easy if you open the box looks at your disassembled furniture, and decide, "na, I'm just going to return it."basically if you assembled and saw that this is a false advertisement at it's best, the product is nothing like it looks online, basically defected for the purpose you got it for, there is nothing you can do about it, and customer services representative and managers will just drag you without any resolution despite my best wishes to return it to the warehouse, take the pictures and videos they want to show the defects. After 20 days they send me an installation video, implying that I did something wrong with installing the defective product, while the video is for a completely different couch, not even from the actual manufacturer. This is what you can expect if you deal with defective merchandise from Homary. Save yourself from dealing with Homary, and definitely spend your good buck on products and company that has more value for what you're paying.

There is a refund if you never assembled the product, otherwise, they will not issue a refund. even if it's defective since you assembled it

Bought 2 reclining chairs from them in May and they were delivered end of July. After waiting months for these I was shocked as to what turned up - they were a cheap imitation of what was depicted online both in fabric and manufacture to the point that they are were not fit for purpose. I contacted Homary (the same day of delivery) and several times after that both via email and via the website return request, I sent pictures to show the poor quality of the chairs and explained that we could not use them as they were flimsy and unstable when sitting on.

The response was an email saying "Maybe due to different display settings of a computer monitor and the shooting light of the pictures, a little difference between the actual product and the pictures may be expected" and that they will refund me £16 as compensation to keep the chairs as the cost of returning is too great. Well at this point I was fuming, having spent over 5 times that for a product that is completely unusable, I have continued to contact them, again explaining my rights as a consumer and that they need to be returned however I have not had any response since and have now opened up a dispute with my credit card company. I even advised them of this, as on their website it says to please get in touch with them before raising card disputes, but again they never responded.

WARNING: The product images on the website look fantastic but beware what you see is not what you get - you would be throwing your money down the drain. Also the worst customer service I have ever encountered, to ignore customer emails and concerns is absolutely disgraceful behaviour - hoping that customers will tire and give up is not a way to run a company. They probably don't even care about online reviews either.

Tip for consumers:
Avoid by all costs - especially large furniture items which look really good onsite (only based on my experience). Poor manufacturing of products, long shipping times and lastly poor customer service - if you don't want any hassles with online purchases then do not buy from them, it's really not worth it.

They send you have of the items needed for assembly and won't refund - even when you do everything they ask. Such a scam company. BEWARE!

We bought a $1,500 sofa that looked gorgeous on the pictures. The problem started even on the delivery... it is on the 1st floor with a staircase access and they delivered on the ground floor blocking all the neighbors entrance and didn't care at all. The delivery guy just said: this is a standard delivery and there is nothing I can do about it.
I have to call people to help me put upstairs, then we open the boxes, and noticed right the way the terrible quality of the product. To start with the color - They show a rich dark gray/blue, the one they delivered was a very pale-gray. The "leather" that they advertise was the cheapest vinyl you can possibly get, and the cushions were hard as a rock... we didn't even bother to assembled and contacted them the AFTER we received.
The whole think is a joke! 7/17/23 was my first email to them, after I mentioned number of times that the product they delivered was not what they advertised, they keep asking me to keep the sofa and giving me a 20% discount. They call me on 8/3/23 to again offer me to stay with the couch and give me a 50% discount. I told them AGAIN that I don't want that product, it was not what we bought, the quality is TERRIBLE and I don't want that in my house... today, 8/12/13 they sent me an email "opening a case - almost a month after I contacted them!) offering me to keep the couch again with a 20% discount or giving me an unrealistic refund policy (that I need to pack exactly the way it came and with a wooden pallet under). For me, that is it! I am open a dispute with my credit card and using all the emails they sent me as a proof of their BAD business. BE AWARE!

BUYER BEWARE: We are in an EXHAUSTING BATTLE with Homary because they REFUSE to exercise their REFUND POLICY which stated allowance for return of merchandise within 30 days. In March '23, we purchased a leather couch and on the day it was delivered, immediately realized the product was not what it was advertised (it was very hard and uncomfortable to sit in). That same day we submitted a request to return and refund. That started our exhausting battle with this vendor. They made unreasonable requirements for us to even qualify for the return including that we re-package the couch using original INDUSTRIAL packaging and palette which was also ridiculous because they instructed their delivery service to take these away! After months of back and forth along with INVESTIGATION BY OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY they agreed to refund. HOWEVER we are still waiting for that refund. THIS VENDOR IS DISHONEST. They make commitments they are unwilling to follow by so PLEASE BEWARE before you make any purchases through this vendor.

We were excited to find Homary thinking it would be a great source of products for our remodel.

We ordered a sofa, and when it arrived the problems started:
- It does not look like it does in the photos (much sloppier, fold-down table does not fit tight, drawers are crooked, etc.)
- The arms cannot be changed to be on opposite sides as suggested online
- The plastic feet were all scratched up, as if this had been on-display and pushed around on a hard floor
- There was hair all over it (needed to lint-roll to remove it)
- There were dirty fingerprints in multiple places (had to clean with a damp cloth)

We do not feel that this item was new when sent to us, and it does not look the way the photos online make it look.

Homary wanted us to return the entire item at our cost, over $400 freight. I finally got them to agree to provide a pre-paid label, and they only wanted a small piece of it sent back saying I could "donate" the partial used couch (sure, that's easy and I have time for that), but after dozens of calls I kept receiving emails that they were "waiting on their carrier" to provide a prepaid label. I was told multiple times it would be within 24 hours, but after waiting six weeks and multiple follow up calls, I still have not received it.

Ultimately, I opened a dispute through my credit card. Of course, as soon as Homary was notified, they contacted me asking to give them more time to get the label "from the carrier."

They misrepresent product on their website, they will not take care of you, and they will waste your time. DO NOT make a purchase from them. The only guarantee you have for what you will get from them is regret.
