I think this company gets a lot of bad reviews because of unreasonable customer complaints, which is unfortunate as they are a very fair and reasonable company. The company promised me a delivery date and it was delivered by then. A lot of people would say that is not worth a review but what I have seen people complaining about I disagree. If these people know anything about business and commercial business in general then they would realize that either their demands are ridiculous or it is the shipping companies fault. I hope in some small way this will serve as a positive testimony to others.

I, too, bought a bedding set that colors were poorly represented and didn't match our walls. I only wish I had known about SiteJabber. If you return it, it needs to be in original packaging. Items must be folded exactly as they were delivered. A 20% restocking fee will be applied. Return shipping is paid by the customer (no problem with that), but then they deducted shipping fee from the refund, which took far too long to receive. Avoid like the plague.

The choices of products were good. The problem is that they advertise "free shipping" but if something is wrong with it or you don't like it then you are stuck paying for all shipping. In addition, my product was labeled incorrectly, and the company saw that as my problem for not opening it and checking to see if it was what the packaging said or what I ordered. I also, had called to let them know and the customer service representative did not get my information into the system. They attempted over and over to call me on a phone number I had told them i would not have access to for at least a week. Again, they treated me as though that were my problem

We ordered a bedding set and it just did not go with our walls. Returned in less than a week at our cost. Get a notice it will take 25 days for refund and shipping charges will be taken out. Over a month later we get the refund less $54 over twice the cost of shipping. Thus we have over $75 in shipping fees just for trying this company. I would never do business with them again.

The description on my order said I would get an elk and bear pillow shams. Didn't get ten. Contacted customer service three times to have them sent. Received the shams today and they were the plaid ones. Not worth the trouble to contact them again. Like the comforter.

I bought a bedding for $180 and added a bowl for $23 to reach $199 so I can take advantage of 20% discount and free shipping if reach $199. The system accepted my order and shipping was in process. Couple days later, they came back to me saying that the Bowl was not available. Which is a lie because the system checks the inventory first. On the top of that, they didn't want to cancel my order for the bedding and they wanted to charge an extra 10$ minus the bowl. Once I reminded them that it is illegal to charge me an amount I did not authorize. They backed up and said that they will refund my money.

I wish I could give 0 stars because this company is a scam! Avoid at all cost! If i had only googled them before I made an order.
I ordered a bedding set on March 9th and for weeks it said processing. When I couldnt wait any longer I contacted the company (home-decorating-co) and said I want to cancel and get my money back. In the mean time I ordered the same bedding from Amazon and they had shipped it the next day!
Now i followed up with this company next day to see when can i expect my refund and they said they had shipped it! I was furious! To put an icing on the cake the manager Melissa, said I will be charge 20% restocking fee just to return it! THis has been absolutely the worst experience on line EVER!
AVOID AVOID AVOID! Save your self a headache!

Meeme E., first off this company is crap. You and the rest of the five star reviewers are this companies workers. That's pathetic.

Second, I placed an order on March 22nd and it took THREE WEEKS for the items to finally ship.

Third, I received only TWO of the four items.

This is company is a scam and will steal your money. The customer service department is S*IT!

I have had a negative experience, it is not unreasonable to expect a refund on a item that is not like picture, I paid for shipping, it was in the original package, I am told that it was used, it had hair on it, then I am told that it has pinholes, either way stay away from this company it horrible, if I had know, I would have paid the extra money and bought from another company.

The above is what I ordered, I'm still waiting on the 2 last valances, can't call nobody answers you get voice mail we will be right with you you hold for 30 mins, then you get the voicemail again leave a message we will get back to you in 24 to 48 hours! WHAT! They have Customer Service Chat that's useless they lie tell you they shipped but the never did! Do not use or buy anything from this company it will be the biggest mistake of your life! There are no humans that work there Ive never spoken to one live on the phone after at least 50 calls over 7 days. And on top of it you get billed for items you never received!
