“Beautiful Addison Ross Snake Picture Frame”

I ordered the 4x6 snake print Addison Ross picture frame from Home Bello and everything from the ordering of my frame to the delivery went very smoothly. The frame itself was back ordered but it was delivered within a week of be told the status so it was not a long time out on waiting and I wasn't in any hurry since the frame was for our house. The frame itself is gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. So glad I ordered from here because I also got it for a great price. I will definitely be ordering more home decor from here in the future.

Ordered a bezel, their email about why it's was delayed and there text, showed unprofessional as they called the city where they operate out of thief's, and I'm a customer, not their buddy, item finally came wrong size, sent back, they received in 2 days, 2 weeks later claim they don't accept return their website said you have 3 days to return, now claim price of item will be charge for restocking, claim very small print,

This company has really gone above and beyond for my wife! I have never seen a company reply so fast and really take care of their customers. A man named Josh has really taken care of her and never left her in the dark about where the item she ordered was. I am excited to receive the gift she got me!

Where I live in UK is hard to find Franz vases which I really adore but homebello is the only site that I found who ships these vases to me. I have done a few purchaee with them and even though it takes over a week to get them to U. K. but items are always as described and in good condition

Bought a Jim Shore figurine from HomeBello! The item came in great condition, however due to my mail carrier they damaged the original box of the item. I was disappointed with this, but accidents do happen. I contacted HomeBello and they took this into consideration and gave me a partial refund due to the damaged box! Even though this happened and not HomeBellos fault at all they made the situation better. Because of that I will continue to support them! The customer service is great and response time (emailing) is very fast! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase anything they sell!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. This has been the worst experience ever. I should've just bought the same rings at Zales for the same price. Please please please save your time and money and purchase with a company you can trust and have no issues with. Literally just went ahead and ordered from Zales. Not worth the headaches. By the way the 20% coupon for jewelry doesn't work either. They just want to lure you in.

DON’T. Horrible service and it’s all a lie. They’re prices aren’t even what they’re supposed to be. They make you believe you’re purchasing something for a price then come back and tell you it was wrong

The good reviews here must be from someone affiliated with the company. This is a total scam! After ordering, I received an e-mail saying it was on back order. When it was not in by said date, I tried to cancel the order because it would not arrive in time. I never heard back from anyone by phone or e-mail. Canceled payment through paypal and they went ahead and processed it anyway even though they could see that it was flagged as canceled. Order was never shipped. Waiting for refund.

I made an order with HomeBello on the 6th May, I received an e-mail on the 7th May saying that the item is now on back order, even though when I made the order it was showing in stock! They sent me an e-mail saying it would take approx. 3 to 4 weeks. I accepted this and carried on with this wait.
As we're now well over 4 weeks I've chased a few times via their own website but still haven't received an update.

If it's going to take another few more weeks they should at the very least have the courtesy to let me know.

Very poor customer service!

Although I waited a while for my Kansas City Royals watch Homebello kept in contact with me all the way. They were not happy with the company that they did business with and corrected the problem. I love my Royals watch and would do business with them again. Great product and great company. Always has my interest ahead of theirs. Thank you so much.

Do not order from this company. If you have a problem with your order you will not be able to get customer service. I tried multiple ways to get in touch and never got a response. Except in online chat and they required a credit card number in order to give me an answer.
Horrible company!

This company has the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with! The representative was snarky right off the bat when I sent them a message that I did not think that what I ordered was what was delivered and they ended up making threats against me because of that misunderstanding.
They have refused to let me return the item. I will be contacting the National Better Business Bureau because of their behavior and terrible business practices!
Stay away!

My brother is a Guitar player and very obsessed with his instrument. I was planning to gift him something related to Guitar and I found this Guitar Glass figurine at Homebello.com at a slashed price tag. Its been a few days since my brothers birthday and hes just amazed and happy with this gift. I enjoyed shopping here. Thanks.

I haven't even ordered anything from them. Thank goodness. I started to place an order as a guest and unchecked the option to get email. I detest spam. You guessed it, I got SPAM from them. I wrote "customer service" to tell them about what I just mentioned. The response, "Calm down and get a life". You can decide if this is a company you would want to order anything from.

I was looking for a vista alegre doom soup tureen, it's available on a few sites but the other sites were back ordered - Home Bello was the only site that said it was in stock, so I ordered it. There was no mention of it being a special order or it was out of stock.

Today I received an email that said it was back ordered and would take 3 - 4 weeks and if I wanted to continue to respond to the email. I responded stating that I'm willing to wait 4 weeks and assume that my card will but be charged until the item is ready to ship - a reasonable statement, why would you charge my card if you don't even have the item I'm stock.

I received a response to that email stating it will take 12 weeks because it's a special order and once I agree to the timing there are no cancellations.

So we went from 4 weeks to 12 weeks to it being a special order? And nothing about not chair h my card. What kind of place is this?

Stay away!

I ordered over $300 in figurines. I got refunded for the items they didn't have in stocks, but I never received my order and they stopped all communication when they owe you a refund. After a few days of research, homebello.com has a habit of stopping contact when you asked for a refund. I now have to use other avenues to get my money back. Homebello.com has no intention of helping you get your money back.

Tip for consumers:
Don't use this site unless you can personally talk to a real customer service representative on the phone. They are only using messages which should have been a red flag for me.

We ordered some gold charms to take with us to Paris for a wedding gift, the charm we ordered was delayed and we had to leave the country but homebello assured us that they will send it to my hotel in Paris, I was so skeptical specially after reading some online reviews but they did it, they send my charm via faster shipping to Paris and we had it on time. I will shop there again

Their gold jewelry prices are amazingly cheaper than everyone else so if you are buying gold, HomeBello is the place for you.

I see complaints about Josh. Shockingly enough, I have one too. He was a complete jerk in an e-mail, told me I was paranoid for thinking the site was a scam. I suggested I felt that it was a scam after I ordered a product twice and was unable to actually receive it because it was constantly on a back order that was always a month in the future. May every table he ever sits at have uneven legs.

I wrote multiple times to the company and asked to resolve missing order issue, they refused to resolve or call me for resolution even tho I asked them to and provided phone number. Had to order same item from different merchant. Not recommended to do business with.

I'm a designer and my specialty is picture frames, homebello has a huge collection of picture frames and prices are always good, they also give 5% off competition prices which is good for me because I order in bulk. I always have good experiences with this company.

We purchased gold charms. Panicked when we didn't get a delivery date as they were for gifts. HomeBello phoned us. Gave us a delivery date of Thursday and thrilled us when they arrived on Monday - not under the wire. We are very very happy with this company.

I was a little bummed that the product I ordered was out of stock, but to HomeBello's credit they resolved the situation quickly. I can't recall another store that responded to my messages so quickly -- even faster than Amazon!

Tried ordering a simple rose and my order was shipped wrong. I returned the incorrect item and it has been a month and they still have not sent the Rose I purchased. There's a serious lack of communication with these people and when I emailed for a refund I was ignored!

I ordered the gold miraculous medals and you definetely get what you pay for. They were very cheap looking and I asked Josh (who previously was very helpful when purchasing something more expensive) if I could exchange for the nicer medal, but he stated he could not and it was store policy. Very disappointed and this replaces my previous review.

This company needs training in customer service. I was a first time customer and emailed to find out when items shipped. I was told that the piece I purchased for a friend had to be made. I then asked where on the site does it indicate items are made to order so I know for future. They cancelled my order and told me go elsehwhere. That is not a problem for me, I prefer to spend my money with more appreciative companies. This company is a joke.

I am so happy with the earrings I bought at Home Bello. I have actually been looking for these specific earrings for quite some time. Home Bello had them at a great price and I bought 4 pairs! I will definitely be buying more jewelry from them.

Horrible service - I wanted to return my item and no one replied to me after three attempts.
When they did respond they were rude and blamed me for the reason I could not return my item.
