I ordered the 4x6 snake print Addison Ross picture frame from Home Bello and everything from the ordering of my frame to the delivery went very smoothly. The frame itself was back ordered but it was delivered within a week of be told the status so it was not a long time out on waiting and I wasn't in any hurry since the frame was for our house. The frame itself is gorgeous and arrived in perfect condition and packaged very well. So glad I ordered from here because I also got it for a great price. I will definitely be ordering more home decor from here in the future.
Ordered a bezel, their email about why it's was delayed and there text, showed unprofessional as they called the city where they operate out of thief's, and I'm a customer, not their buddy, item finally came wrong size, sent back, they received in 2 days, 2 weeks later claim they don't accept return their website said you have 3 days to return, now claim price of item will be charge for restocking, claim very small print,
I am a horse lover and have many friends who share the same hobby, I ordered a very large and expensive gold horse charm from this company, the charm had to be made by their artisans so I had to wait about a week longer to get it but I tell you that it was worth waiting for, I have sent them a few more customers and because of this I have got some great coupons, I totally recommend HomeBello for all you horse lovers out there!

An order for merchandise was placed on April 19, for glassware from a manufacturer that has since closed down. Without communicating to me that my picks were out of stock, the retailer sent me what ever they had left in the color I wanted. When the items they sent were delivered to me I discovered the what I thought was a mistake. The retailer has no telephone access, only email correspondence. So, of course I contacted them to let them know there was a mistake in the shipment. "oops, we sent the wrong thing, sorry " That was it. No, what can we do to fix it, where is the original order, nothing. To get answers, I had to keep emailing back and forth, no info was easily forthcoming from them. A man named Josh finally said they had pulled the wrong merchandise by mistake. Seemed angry at me. Said that a label was coming, for me to send the merchandise back, said there are plenty of other customers that want the bowls and they will pay more for them than I did. I made the mistake of not checking the reviews for this retailer before I placed my order.

I placed an order with these criminals & after researching the company, wanted to cancel my purchase, I got an email from an ignorant/psycho/scum of the earth named Josh! His emails were insulting from the get go,& no resolution till now, STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS! Spend your money where you're going to deal with normal human beings, not psychos who are scum!
Ordered an item they were apparently out of stock then proceeded to cancel my order without ever refunding me then will not respond to any of my emails. This website acts as a spam. Do not recommend!
Be very cautious when ordering from this company! Their return policy is basically nonexistent for much of their merchandise and when you can they return you only have 3 days to do it, they charge 20% restocking fee (based off retail price not sale price), plus $12.95 shipping and a handling fee., etc. Good luck finding an actual person to talk to in customer service too, you will basically have to text them or email them- very odd. The marketing of their products is questionable, in my opinion. For example, they show photos of jewelry/rings with stones in them and the description says: stone type, Onyx stone color black, but if you don't read the small print or scroll all the way down the description page you will not see the statement that says the stones are not included. I found the customer service to be very passive aggressive- they responded to my question with an email and circled the statement half way down the page and never addressed the shadiness of the rest of it. Not a Better Business Bureau approved company. I personally will never use this company again and will tell everyone I know of my bad experience. Lesson learned the hard way here.
Ordered wrong size of watch extender. Wanted simple exchange of same small product in same size, but Customer Service hid behind their no return/exchange policy. REALLY not customer friendly at all.

I ordered an item on May 1at. Was told by company it would ship may 4th. May 6th I was told the item was out of stock, reordered from their supplier and would be shipped out the next morning. Today, May 14th I'm told the pallet of shipments was stolen by USPS employees!?!
I asked to cancel the order and requseted a refund only to be asked to provide a cancelback order number. What is that?
They suggested I purchase from another seller next time.

I ordered a pair of earrings from HomeBello last week. I initially had to send in a request for shipping information and didn't get a reply. I ended up finding another pair for half the price. I sent yet another request to cancel my order and got a reply from Josh saying the order had already shipped and couldn't be canceled. I said I would refuse the package and he said I needed an RMA# or they would refuse as well. So, I got the package and then requested the RMA# only to get a reply from Nikki saying that the earrings I ordered were final sale. NOWHERE on the jewelry description, or on my order confirmation, does it say these sales are final. I wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. This is a very sneaky business practice to not make it clear that an item is a final sale.
I had an incredibly positive experience with HomeBello. The items were backordered and I received them when they came in. I expressed my concern about the negative comments made here and found them to be ABSOLUTELY WRONG in my dealings with the company. I am ecstatic with my purchases and found them to be much less expensive than anywhere else. Look forward to continuing to use HomeBello whenever they have what I need!
Placed an order and then, less than 24 hrs later requested to cancel it. It was cancelled but an ranting and rude email was to me. I responded and more rude and ranting emails followed- " for god sake this morning you needed a whole set of china and now you decided you won't? Are you out of your mind?"- this is ACTUALLY A QUOTE FROM THE EMAILS TBEY SENT ME. Be warned- STAY AWAY.
I made and paid for an order for $ 600. For a month, I waited for it to be sent to me. But they didn't send it to me. Support does not respond to messages. Terrible service. Cheaters.

Do not order from this company. I ordered a jewelry box for my daughter as a Christmas gift. I didn't open it when it arrived I just wrapped it. When she opened it on Christmas Day she noticed that the drawer was broken on the inside. I reached out to the company to exchange the product and their response to me was that I received the item 2 weeks prior and they informed me that according to their policy I only had 3 days from the day I received it to return it. I was not asking for a refund, I just wanted an undamaged product which they sent me without checking themselves. I am shocked at their unreasonable return policy, especially during the holidays and COVID. I had never heard of this company prior to this purchase, however, it was the only company that had the item I wanted in stock. Now I regret ever purchasing from them DON'T LET THIS HAPPEN TO YOU!

I ordered 7 months ago, and after 4 months arrived broken. I asked for replacement, and after being lied to for 3 months I asked for a refund. NO communication from them. Please save yourself and DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, no matter how good the prices look on the site. You may be one of the ones ripped off like I was.
