Do not buy from this company if you value your time and decent customer service!
I placed an order for a replacement part for my kitchen lazy susan, 8/6/20. There was no indication of back order or special order. Only on email receipt did it indicate that there was 6-8 delivery, and the order was "non-cancellable". I decide to wait. After 8 weeks, no word. I write at least 2 emails inquiring about status. I finally get an email stating another month. I decide to wait. No word after another 4 weeks. I write back. Get an "Order Update" that order was refunded! NO APOLOGY OR EXPLANATION. I do not like to write negative reviews, but I do not want anyone else to experience this very poor customer service or waste 3 months of their time and energy trying to track down an order!
