I purchased 3 car seats, after 3 weeks I still didnt have them or a tracking number. There is no phone number to call so I had to email them, no response to 3 emails so I opened up a claim with paypal after 4 weeks of not seeing my car seats. Finally after after paypal got involved another week later they finally issued my refund. I thought I'd never see the money again, shop at a legit store, saving a few dollars here is not saving, its throwing you money away.
They don't even deserve one star. I ordered a Fischer Price Discover and Grow Jumperoo from them through Pay Pal. Two weeks afterwards, I still hadn't received my confirming email. I sent an email to them and have not gotten any responses. I have since opened up a dispute with Pay Pal, and I hope I get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, it's a scam!
