My wife and I had a house listed on zillow. This company reached out to make an offer. What they actually ended up offering is trying to find someone to lease our house for two years with the option of purchasing. They promise the lease holder will purchase the house and make a way over market offer, high down payment, etc to make it look as attractive as possible. It is a complete scam. When we replied that we were not interested and could clearly see this wasn't legitimate they proceeded to call my wife from multiple numbers calling her terrible names and all sorts of terrible things. Once the numbers were blocked they proceeded to call from private numbers. The website is www.homepartnershousing.com. The degenerate who repeatedly called and harassed us was named Robert Wolf (supposedly). Their phone number listed on the website was actually a cell *******227. We filed a complaint with zillow and with the police. The address they list on their website is for an office building in Delray Beach, FL. According to google maps, this business may not actually exist at the location.

I hope that they never successfully scam anyone out of thier hard earned money and home.
