2 weeks after they picked up the dumpster I got a invoice in my email for a extra $35 charge. (my CC had already been charged) The extra charge was for a TV that I'm 99% sure was not in the dumpster. When I contacted the owner he told me that it's standard industry practice to charge the client without warning for extra charges and that he has no control because he just bills me for what the dump tells him was in the dumpster. He told me he would send me a copy of the invoice he received from the dump a week later I'm still waiting. I never even got an invoice for the original cost of the dumpster. I have talked to a couple other dumpster rental companies and they assure me this is not standard practice. All in all I would say I found the whole experience very shady.
