I am an avid internet shopper who shops freely and pleasurably on the internet. That was until I order a glass top from www.Hometownfashions.com. This site seems like the normal site with all of the customer chat and contact information, but when I didn't receive my order after waiting six months I found it impossible to contact anyone at the site. All phone calls are met with an anwering machine and they never call back. No communication, not even an email. A complaint through the local Chicago Better Business Bureau was also fruitless because they do not belong to any business organization. In hindsight I researched this company and I am not the only customer to complain about them. Do not order anything from this company if you value your money and or your time.
