Folks have always offered the best holiday ham in the world. For the last 4 years you switched to a $5 supermarket brand coffee cake, and our holidays have changed, after 15 years, because we refuse to serve it for dessert

Their catalog says "serves 6 to 8". The actual packaging says "serves up to 4". Now we have more people than food thanks to their false advertising. Their offer of "all anyone here can do, including my supervisor, is offer you a $15 gift card towards your next purchase." Thanks for wrecking Christmas dinner

I've been a customer of Honeybaked for the better part of the last 15 years. This is the first time the delivery was late, and it arrived the day after Thanksgiving, rather than 11/25, the day before Thanksgiving, as was promised. This was not UPS's fault -- it wasn't even shipped out until 11/25.

I tried calling when I realized that the order was shipped late, and apparently I was number 182 in the queue, and it would be a "600 minute" wait. Not a typo, that's six hundred minutes. I sent emails, but I have received no response to date.

Come Thanksgiving morning, my husband and I were scrambling to put together a different meal. The day after Thanksgiving, we finally received the ham and sides. Okay, so we have Thanksgiving dinner again on Saturday, right? Everything was too salty.

We are disappointed in so many ways. They need to ship on time, especially when they upcharge for providing perishables during a holiday week. They need to respond to emails and/or get enough people to pick up the phone on what should be one of their busiest weeks of the year. We could have had a lovely Thanksgiving for our small family, but it was a disaster thanks to Honeybaked.

I have been purchasing a ham every year for New Year's Eve. Never been so disappointed. This ham was so fatty. Wasn't worth 75.00. Not sure I will get one again

I must say the customer service in the store was fast...everyone was pleasant.

The turkey breast was horrid. It had the strangest, indescribable taste. I sure wasted my money.

My hours where not clocked after doing the manager a favor of coming in cause no one else was capable now I have to wait a whole nother pay period to get paid I stopped what I was doing to help out and this is how I get rewarded MERRY CHRISTMAS TO ME HUHN!

My family has loved Honey Baked Ham at the holidays for decades. We'd always just pick it up at the store. For the past couple of years, I bought hams to send to family that could not join us in person, and had a few issues, but because the ham is so good I kept buying it. NO MORE~ because of the pandemic we could not get together this year, so I spent hundreds of dollars to send nice meals to my family members. I ordered these on Nov 11 TO BE DELIVERED ON NOV 24TH! This, at the recommendation of the rep. Well- my daughter got HER Thanksgiving meal on the Friday AFTER Thanksgiving (I don't know WHAT she served to guests!). No styrofoam box packing- just leaking bags! Seriously. Every bag was leaking and the product was warm (delivered by a sub-contractor of the shipping company, no less). I told her to throw it all out and not risk food poisoning. The order to my son is totally lost. (##@$%@%$%@!) Worst in a way is that I called to check on my order the day before Thanksgiving and was told "You are Customer 110 in queue - your estimated wait time is 600 minutes" (!)

Ordered ham on 4/9 for easter but never received. However credit card was charged. Called customer service, 70+ in cue, I bet many people experiencing similar problems.

Over rated. I could have bought 70 lbs of ham for the price I paid for a 4.5lb. Never again. Just made someone else rich! :(

I ordered a ham on April 2 paid for it and delivery date was supposed to be April 10 never received a ham so I tried to call customer service no answer I called customer service again that same day no answer the next day I called no answer and today I have no ham we cannot go out because of the COVID-19 I am very disgusted in this it ruined our whole Easter I would like my refund on my ham I would like to receive a ham plus a gift card thank you are

I ordered a ham meal online. I received confirmation and the meal would be delivered on Friday April 10th. No delivery Friday or Saturday. I sent 5 emails to customer service and 1 email to the corporate office. I called numerous times only to be told your wait time is 567 minutes or that I was number 282 in the que. I got an answer when I called the Ventura store and while she could not help me she said they have had nothing but complaints on the delivery service. In light of the Coronavirus and the request that we not go to the grocery store one would think that Honeybaked ham would have been ready. So I ask you honey baked ham, WHAT WOUKD YOU LIKE ME TO TELL MY GUESTS THAT ARE COMING FOR EASTER DINNER? Please, I dare you to give me a valid reason. I hate to even give you one star but there is no rating lower than this!

I got a sandwich with chips. It was delicious. Quality ingredients Thick cuts of ham and turkey. Lots of bacon. Duke brand mayo. Sliced tomatoes and a bit of quality lettuce. Cut nicely on good bread. Was $8.15 with tax. Location Ocala Florida. It came with a couple of napkins. I liked that the sandwich was cut. They didn't try to upsell. Service was friendly. Took about two minutes. Server spoke excellent English. English was his first language. I heard some chatter with a co-worker and it was friendly and conversational. You got a selection of chips. You can call ahead and order for a pickup. Great for lunch. There were two tip jars. I made sure to tip the server. I loved the sandwich and I will be back. It was enough to give half to the Hunk. Hunk already made dinner, so I pulled off (and ate the tomatoes and lettuce). The sandwich was great the next day for breakfast. Though about adding butter to the outside adding cheese and grilling it. OH, the bad news 1050 calories or something. Says it right on the menu.

I purchased over $200 of food for Christmas and Super Bowl. I was sick for 2 weeks after Christmas and again after the Super Bowl. We had the brisket for Super Bowl. It smelled funny. I thought it was the BBQ sauce. We could not eat it. It was spoiled. No wonder it was half price. I'm glad I saved some for testing. I also saved the wrapping. Should I send it to the FDA?

I called their customer service number and was treated extremely rudely. After about an hour on the phone, I was told to call another number. That number was not in service. When I call back, I was asked the same questions again, another hour or so on the phone & told to call one of two numbers. One was disconnected.

I called the second number I was told they had me in the system and someone would call me back. That was 3 weeks ago and no call. I was on these calls over 3 hours. I was sick for over 2 ½ weeks. I was on the phone for over 3 hours. No calls nothing.

I have been buying there hams for about 20 years & lately I've noticed the quality has been going downhill. My next ham is coming from Costco. NOT Honey Baked.

Tip for consumers:
shop someplace else. maybe Costco or locally

I thought of HBH as high quality with good service. I called for a lunch order, and the response was "WE DON'T DO LUNCH." It was a HBH store, I thought they did. I wanted it delivered to a business right next door to their store and they said in a, you're so stupid tone, "YOU HAVE TO COME AND GET IT, WE DON'T DELIVER." Yikes, never talking to a HBH store employee again.

Honey baked is horrible! I would give it a zero if I could! They pictured a whole breast of Turkey! That is not what you get! I recieved a bag of pressed sliced turkey! This is what I have spent $35 for? Also it was not frozen when it arrived! When I contacted them they couldn't be less helpful if they tried! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! HORRIBLE PRESENTATION AND AN ABSOLUTE HEALTH HAZZARD! Absolutely no pride in their food!

Went to Frederick, Maryland HBH store and am totally satisfied. Store was clean, employees helpful, and ham was both available and fresh. Will definitely return.

Purchase the ham and there's no honey on the outside very little. I wish they would have let me pick my own hand I would not pick this one

$62 for a dry, rubbery, tasteless ham. Very disappointing, either their quality control has failed or they've just stop trying post Covid. Definitely off my future list of holiday food choices.

I ordered two Hams on December 14. One to go to my moms house, and that one arrived a day later than expected. I have to say it was not as great as hams from HBH have been in the past. At least that one arrived in time for Christmas dinner. The other order, I placed on the same day. When I arrived back at home on Friday, Dec 29th (the expected delivery date), it was not waiting on me. When I checked the delivery status this morning, it still had not left yet. I called and was told that there was a problem with my order and it would not arrive until Jan 3! And apparently they had to replace items on my order because they were out of stock. No one called or emailed me any of this information. Thankfully I have the rest of today to figure out what Im going to serve for my NYE party tomorrow, but I really didnt want to be doing all the cooking! They refunded my money, but Im basically having to go out and spend it on other food for the party. Im so disappointed. We have ordered hams from HBH for years. Ill be rethinking that so Im not left hanging again!

ALL OF THE SIDE DISHES HAVE ALOT OF SUGAR IN I ORDER ITEM FOR THANKSGIVING THAT WAS FULL OF SUGAR I EMAILED HONEY BAKED FOR A REFUND IN SOME TYPE OF GIFT CARD NO ANSWER THEY EMAILED NO REFUNDS ON FOOD. After reading the nightmare stories above my complaint probably sounds minor.
I drove 1/2 hour both ways to get HoneyBaked ham for Christmas dinner. I knew I'd have to wait in line... it was as anticipated, out the door and into the parking lot... freezing temp. 45 min wait...
When I did get in the door I saw that only two of four cash registers were being manned and half the store was empty space where customers could have easily lined up rather than having to wait in bitter cold... 20-25 additional people could have been out of the cold without violating fire code...
After paying for my ham, I asked to speak to manager to express my astonishment that only half his registers were being used and further commented on his lack of consideration for customers waiting on sidewalk in freezing cold when he could have organized his space better for a longer indoor line.
THE MANAGER WAS RUDE... IMMEDIATELY RAISED HIS VOICE AND TOLD ME OFF... IF I DIDN'T LIKE THE WAY HE RAN HIS STORE I COULD JUST NOT COME THERE... ETC ETC... WOW... THIS GUY IS DEFINITELY IN THE WRONG JOB.
The days of good management skills and customer service being integral parts of the equation are gone! Love the ham but won't go back...

If you like ice cold ham salad made the day before on a sandwich, then HBH Tallahassee is the place for you. Won't go back.

Screaming thank you to Ali from #HoneybakedHam on Cherry Hill in Canton with eternal gratitude! I was initially supposed to work tomorrow and given the rise in Covid numbers, we weren't going to see our kids or extended family and just do our own thing so decided to order a to-go meal for two that we had scheduled to pick up today. Well, fast forward to a week or so later and Bob and I both tested positive for Covid (at the beginning of last week). Bob called Ali and let him know we couldn't come into the store but inquired about a contactless curbside pickup but Ali would not allow that. He said no one should go without a Thanksgiving meal and said he would personally deliver it (even though they don't have delivery) after work today. Well, he just dropped it off and not only did he deliver it out of the goodness in his heart, but he wouldn't accept payment! I am bawling my eyes out right now! I've been really emotional the last couple days, probably just super fatigued, and this pretty much sent me over the edge. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Ali! You've restored a little of my faith! We WILL be paying it forward when we're better!
