Ordered a Prime Rib for Christmas Dinner from the online store. It was about $100. And about half of it was fat and inedible. Very embarrassed to have to serve this to my guests. I have ordered hams in the past and they were really good. Last month my sister ordered 2 Tenderloins and they were exceptionally good. I don't know what happened with his Prime Rib. Realizing that Prime Ribs do have a certain amount of fat, this was exceptionally fatty.

Folks have always offered the best holiday ham in the world. For the last 4 years you switched to a $5 supermarket brand coffee cake, and our holidays have changed, after 15 years, because we refuse to serve it for dessert

Their catalog says "serves 6 to 8". The actual packaging says "serves up to 4". Now we have more people than food thanks to their false advertising. Their offer of "all anyone here can do, including my supervisor, is offer you a $15 gift card towards your next purchase." Thanks for wrecking Christmas dinner

Ordered a ham to be delivered from Honey Baked
Ordered a ham to be delivered to a friend and some side dishes to be delivered to a family member. According to the Honey Baked Ham website ON TRAC was doing the delivery and failed to deliver the ham to my friend who resides 30 minutes from the distribution warehouse for ON TRAC which is where the ham was being transported from to my friend according to ON TRAC. The first delivery date was November 19,2020 and according to ON TRAC, the ham had been received at their facility IN STOCKTON on November 19,2020. At about 6:00 p.m. on November 19,2020 received e-mail stating the delivery was being delayed to November 20,2020 due to transportation issue. Again on November 20,2020, at about 6:00 p.m. received yet another e-mail that the delivery was being delayed now until November 21,2020. On November 21,2020, at about 6:00 p.m. received another e-mail that the delivery was being delayed until November 23,2020. On November 23,2020, received another e-mail that the delivery was AGAIN being delayed. Call HoneyBaked Hams and was not offered ANY resolution except that I could DRIVE to the nearest store and buy a ham. Called On Trac and was advised to contact HoneyBaked. Can't believe I paid for this kind of abuse and totally incompetent customer service.

I've tried just about every store bought, frozen and homemade Pecan Pie recipe out there and simply put... THIS IS THE BEST PECAN PIE ON THE PLANET! Absolute Pecan Pie Perfection!

We hosted 20 people at our house thanksgiving, many of whom were from out of town. I normally make Thanksgiving but because of a lot of kid activities this year, I thought I would try ordering a meal. I ordered two meals from HoneyBaked ham online: a thanksgiving feast and a small ham with two sides meal. I scheduled for it to be delivered on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. So on Wednesday, I checked my login account to see what time I could expect it. Boy was I surprised to see it would be Friday! The day after thanksgiving. When I called, they apologized for the "inconvenience" (you think?) but then questioned me about why I would schedule my Thanksgiving meal to be delivered the day before. They made it my fault. I assumed they would ship it to me or deliver it to me to have it there on time. They then blamed ups and said something happened once the order got to ups. I was then told they could ship me something that day (Wednesday) to be delivered Friday. The timing struck me as odd as I had just received the notification about my previous orders new Friday delivery date (an order put in a month before). I told them to cancel the order. I wanted a refund. I would then have to rush to make a dinner after all. They tried to console me with the thought at least I would get $200 worth of food for free. Sure. Oddly, After I finished my grocery shopping I then got a notification saying my order was rescheduled to be delivered Wednesday. When it arrived late that night, it was only the ham part of the order and not the larger turkey feast. The turkey feast NEVER came. I think they forgot to put it in and then rushed to try to get it to me Friday. My family coined a cute little nickname for this terrible company. We now refer to them as HoneyBaked Scam. I operate a large local Facebook group and the name has caught on. They deserve it. I get it that people make mistakes but then to lie and pass something off as the customer's fault is really something else. What a terrible company. #honeybakedscam

We purchased a ham on Dec 24th at the Eustis location. Usually the ham from this company is the star of the show. Well in our case we followed the instructions and at the time of serving the ham opened it up and the ham had a bad smell and when I went to touch it there was a slimy coating to it. I tried to take off some pieces to hopefully get to a better piece but it was the same throughout. Because the ham was not fit for my family to eat we ate all the sides and had no meat for my Christmas gathering. I contacted the Eustis location on Monday the first day that they were opened since the holiday and the regular employees could not do anythung without the approval of the owner. I called in the morning on Monday and the employee stated that she would contact the owner and get back with me. The afternoon came around and no call back. I called in again and another employee answered the phone and she had not heard anything back from the owner either. So at that time she texted him and got a responce back. This is the resolution that they think was suitable for all that we had been through. Bring in the receipt and the ham and it will be replaced or refunded. Now you would think that a company that charges so much for a ham that is usually excellent would do everything in thier power to make sure they get my good word after our horrible experience, to friends and family but this owner just does not care! I will be getting my money back, returning their slimmy ham and I will be telling everone that will listen about my horibble experience with their product and the way the OWNER just did not care!

I can easily buy much better turkey at the local supermarket. Do not waste your money, and purchase this product.

I went into the cartersville location yesterday to buy a honey baked ham for Christmas. I was turned away saying I needed a reservation to purchase a ham and there wasn't enough for everyone. I was so disappointed that I cried. My 86 yr old father in law was looking so forward to that ham and we had to tell him we couldn't get one... What a sad look on his face because he doesn't understand why we couldn't get one. We had no problem walking in for Thanksgiving and getting a boneless ham... thats simply all we wanted was a small boneless ham because its the four of us and we have no other family. This company is so huge that there sould be enough for everyone. COULD YOU PLEASE SEND OUT A NOYE OF SOMEKIND TELLING YOU THAT YOU UAVE TO RESERVE A HAM AT CHRISTMAS... ALL I GOT WAS A COUPON ON A HAM I COULDN'T BUY. VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Corporate has WORST customer service EVER! I arranged for 3 separate orders that were due to be delivered to my 90 year old aunt, my quadrapeligic brother (police officer shot in line of duty and a 75 year old friend of family a week ago. My credit card was charged and I received 3 confirmation emails indicating these hams would be delivered on 4/10, but no tracking info and nothing has arrived at any of the 3 locations and it is now 8:37 Saturday morning and Easter is tomorrow. My wife and I have called the customer service number and are either immediately disconnected if you call store or she has been on hold for over 3 hours. When I called the recording told me there were 448 calls ahead of her and now and the next update told me there were 328 calls in front of her! Since we can't be together with family for Easter, I thought it would be nice to keep these 3 safe from harm and continue one of our traditions of having the ham. I realize they are busy due to quarantine and it's Easter, but there MUST be a way to get some functional level of customer service and updating information. There are no updates on my online account with them, and no emails with tracking. I emailed customer service with my order numbers and have not heard anything. Since we have no idea if/when these orders will arrive, we will have to make other arrangements to feed these most vulnerable people... It would have been nice, professional, decent for them to HBHam to provide ANY information about status online, since it's impossible to reach a human being at this company. I guess I will see about driving 75 miles each way to shop for my aunt, another 89 miles for my brother and hope our friend can find something herself... F@HBH!

We pre-ordered at the end of November for the ham and turkey combo to be sent to our family home prior to Christmas as we have for the past 20+ years. This year we ordered on November 30th for a December 18th delivery. So HBH should have been prepared and ready (they took our money right away that's for sure). We received a shipping notice on the 17th with a UPS tracking # that indicated for days that 'label created' but it never went anywhere. Then after much waiting to get a customer service rep (who indicated their website the weekend before Christmas was having 'technical' difficulties), we were told 'oh your order was never picked up by UPS', (which is simply bull... sure blame it on UPS) the earliest we can send a replacement is 'December 23rd! My family needs this by the morning of December 24th and we no longer trust Honey Baked Ham at all. Why can't they send the order we were supposed to have received on the date it was to have been received (the 18th or 19th at the latest!)! There is absolutely NOOOOO excuse for this horrible mishap. We requested a refund and will no longer be a loyal customer of HBH after this fiasco. The sad part is that the Family always enjoyed the ham and turkey, it is HBH Customer Service and Processing and Shipping departments that are causing loss of long time customers.

I ordered a honey baked ham and some sides for Father's Day which were to be ready at 10:00 am the day before. I placed my order over a week in advance and called back to confirm it. My husband went at 10:15 to pick the order up and they said, it's not ready. He patiently waited while they made the sides and got the order ready. We went to serve this the next day at a family celebration and the glaze was so hard you couldn't even cut it. It was like the ham was wearing a helmet! Due to the fact that the glaze hadn't dripped down between the slices, there was no honey glazed taste to the ham. Everyone was asking about the glaze. We paid $84.00 for this half ham and it was an embarrassment to say the least. I called a couple of days after to speak to the manager (owner) and she wasn't in. I told the girl what happened and asked her to have the manager (owner) call me. I waited two days and never heard back so I called again. I got the same girl and she said, I told her about it and I'm sorry she didn't call you back. I said, please tell her I will wait another day and if she doesn't have the decency to return my call, I will write reviews on her. She never called. We have bought numerous honey baked hams over the years and never encountered one like this. For an owner not to respond to a customer complaint is unheard of. I could have bought a bigger ham at Costco for about $25.00 that would have tasted better than this and I wouldn't have to explain to my guests why the honey glaze looked like a helmet on the ham. I will never order from Honey Baked Ham again and will be sure and tell everyone about this terrible experience at the Polaris Store.

If I could do a -0 I would have!
I have been buying the smoked meal for the last 7 years this year I ordered it plus finally got the ribs.$426.59 I actually ordered it online on November 9th to be delivered on November 25th. The 25th came usually get an email saying out for delivery didn't receive it so I contacted honey baked ham. I was on hold for 3 and 1/2 hours I was number 136 person in line finally got to somebody and a gal had told me I had ordered on the main website for honeybakeham co. Which the Hub is out of Georgia not California and that California website was actually Shophoneybaked.com I told her I order online same way for last 7 years. Anywho I had to called Georgia was on hold for another hour and a half so gentlemen told me they didn't have any system, that the girl gave me the wrong information and I need to call California back. So I called my MasterCard to see who charged $426.59 to my card. It said Georgia Honey Baked Ham is what my Mastercard, the lady I spoke to told me HB CA CP 333 Web. So called back Georgia on hold again for another 1hr for a gentleman told me that they're running behind and if I don't get it by 9 p. M fedex. To call back and they will trace it obviously it didn't come I called back and lo and behold the office was closed for the holiday. At 5:30 in the morning my husband and I went to the grocery store to buy a turkey and try to salvage Thanksgiving for my family. Today is December 7th and still waiting on my refund. I had already put a dispute with my MasterCard to get my money back $426.59 and I will not buy a honey baked ham from either one of their websites now. No apology no email from them. Nothing just left it in the Wind blowing and the icing on the cake is my older sister bought a Honey Baked Ham on Monday the week before Thanksgiving and got it the day before Thanksgiving and only spent $60 that's the real kicker. I would like to know if anybody else has run into this welcome to 2020 from hell! Can't be over soon enough.
