Amazing Customer Service! Any time I have had a problem or have needed a replacement they have accommodated me and sent me the necessary replacements along with free liquids for the trouble. The service is amazing and they are always very understanding and more than helpful. This site is really affordable for me and the customer service makes me feel confident that my money won't be wasted. Those guys are great. I bought a groupon for a certain hookah but when I got the first one it was absolutely different then what I had ordered. So I call them and thinking I'll be on hold for hours, but luckily that was not the case. I spoke with them and they were very sorry that I got the wrong item and fixed it right away. With in the next week I got the new hookah no bull or excuses and he told me to keep the first one as a gift for the misunderstanding. I will absolutely recommend them.

I placed an order on July 14, and never heard back from them, so today July 19 I called them and got to talk to Nathan who was supper nice and explained that they were moving so that's why they were a little behind on the orders, he intermediately called the warehouse, upgraded my order and sent me the tracking number and shipping confirmation. I will definitely keep ordering from them and recommend to all my friends. Good Work guys! Customer service is the highly important to have a successful business and you were great. Thanks!

We bought a hookah from here over a month ago and they charged our card immediately. Its been over a month now and our order is still "Processing". When you try to call the number listed on their website it rings once then hangs up on you. Weirdly this is also the same exact phone number that is listed for www.hookahshisha.org We also looked up the address that they have listed for their "business" and it is a random house in New York in the middle of a neighborhood. We've emailed numerous times and no responses. Assuming this is a scam site, so now we're out almost $100.

Wow! My question is... why if Hookah town already charged my credit card and they knew exactly what I ordered why do I have complete and go through all this BS process to get my order? To be able to get my order I have to select an image exactly as the product that I've purchased on Groupon and the image of the item that I ordered it's not even in their sorry sad product list. The only way to be able to get my order delivered to my address is to complete their form and ended up picking something that I don't like or want from their only junk list available for Groupon purchases. Horrible costumer service had me waiting for more than half an hour to ended up hanging up the phone. Unbelievable unprofessional scammers mf...

I bought myself a hookah from this place about a year ago. I have used it for social gatherings and everyone that has smoked from it has loved it. I ended up upgrading to a new a new model called the Prime Hookah model after I had spoken to an employee named Nathan. He was very helpful and informative. Nathan gave me many options that would most fit was I was looking for in a hookah. He even went as far as giving me options for a great quality product that was within the amount of money I was willing to spend. It was very refreshing that this company was willing to go very far in making sure that their customers are getting exactly what they are looking for.
