I bought a Hornady Ready Vault ******* for $379.00. It is advertised by Hornady that with it's ap it will tell you on your phone if it is locked or unlocked. It won't. The ap is poorly written and does not perform as advertised. My experience after reading FAQs and contacting their customer support is that the ap does not work at all. I asked Hornady customer support to discount the cabinet a hundred bucks as it locks and unlocks but the ap to tell me it's status is defective but I would find that compromise equitable. I told them if they would not give me that discounted price for their defective product to stop contacting me as I had already spent several hours at this and was done with it. The did neither so I blocked them from my email and phone. I would never trust their advertising or purchase any similar product from them.
