This web site is excellent for its user-friendly set-up. Also the technical support is awesome. I never feel any difficulty in operating this site hosting. Their services contain a lot of useful resources to run websites smoothly and reliably.
They failed to register a custom domain and did not refund my money even though I asked them several times to Refund. They literally stole $149 from me. I hope someone can help me file a legal charge against them.

I've been their customer for over 5 years. There are many reasons why I've stayed with them but the single biggest reason is the support I receive. Regardless of what the problem is (even when I'm the person who created the problem!), their support team is patient and customer-focused. They expertly handle the situation.
