My account was reactivated after following the procedures to reactivate account and only then was I able to make withdrawal. I got assistance on the website and also received emails from them that helped me with the withdrawal process.

I am extremely upset,i previously had a lot of money in my hotbit wallet but now i have lost all of them and my balance is zero.I was shocked and confused as to why this is happened,i beleieve i am not at fault and i tried contacting the customer service but they never respond to me.
