This site is misleading and you better pray you don't have a problem. I was promised a refund of my full amount. When it showed up the next day on my statement that wasn't the case. Tried calling back to speak to the same person, it was impossible. Nobody knows this person lol. Talk about scammers! Talked to several managers who seem like they are reading a script. Really terrible service. Got hung up on because this manager wouldn't put me through to his manager because "our managers don't take phone calls" ok, I asked so what do they do? "managerial things". Hmmmmm site is a complete joke. Not cheaper by any means. Make sure to read the fine print!

I was charged far more that I had been led to believe: the hotel price is in big bold red type (plus fees and taxes, to be expected), however they don't make it obvious that ALL FUNDS ARE IN US DOLLARS. I thought my total was $250, but I was charged $338.
Why would a Canadian, using a Canadian credit card, booking a Canadian hotel, ever think they would be paying in USD?!
That big bold red price was all by itself - no asterisk. At the bottom in fine print was a double asterisk saying all funds in USD. But the function of the asterisk is to be BESIDE THE PRICE so that you know to look for more information.
I called their customer service number and got blahblahblah and no solution. I have the physical address for the company. PITA. I'll share it here:

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I made a mistake when I first booked. ( I booked twin beds instead of queen). First email quoted $224.11 for the room. I called the number on the bottom of the confirmation email. I was told the reservation had been changed and I would get another confirmation email in a few minutes. After 30 minutes, I called again. I received a confirmation email with room charge of $200.90. When I asked, the agent told me the rate was $209.11. I said, I am looking at the email confirmation. She said, no the rate is $209.11. When I asked about the three different prices quoted, she said, no the rate is 209.11. I said, you know what, cancel the entire reservation. She did but said there is a $15 nonrefundable booking fee. This was the first I heard of that. After speaking with a supervisor, I was told it is in the fine print. The supervisor would not reverse the booking fee. I will never do business with this company ever again. They are all screens and mirrors. Completely inept.
