Blocked my account while i was out of the office leaving my staff with no way of checking bookings, all over one missed payment no warnings no emails to say they were doing it just blocked me at the worst possible time. After speaking to them was assured they would unblock me they never did leaving my staff blind for 3 days. Overhall there support is terrible they are very slow in fixing any bugs never take any responsibility for things going wrong. Many other products out there for less money with better support dont waste your time and money

I write this review behalf of my satisfaction with Hotelogix product. I am a Hotel Owner of middle east Asia. Few months back i heard about Hotelogix and then i applied 15 days free trial of this. I am very with their services, support and price.

They offered a low price with many options but we have to pay for their fee before demo and start to set up the software for channel manager. There is virtually response immediately but It look few days to get the response from the person they called account manager for our request but no thing changed after they said our requested are done. We couldn't use the system for three months from we paid for their services. We wasted three months of the time.
Working with Hotelogix has been the most miserable experience to date with a booking system.
I was just going to go quietly away assuming that their product was for larger properties, with multiple locations because it was so user unfriendly and they weren't able to address my concerns.
When I explained that I was actually leaving, ((I had given them a last year to try to fix the problems)) they then refused to give us the information about our customers and the upcoming seasons reservations. I practically begged and Ankit kept deferring to the "Management Team".
Today he came back, finally, and said they would not let me access our client base and reservations, nor would they provide me with an excel spread sheet to transfer the information unless I paid them for it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER!

This is a booking system for hotel/motel businesses. That is what we used.
We signed up with hotelogix in good faith. As time went on it we had to add this service or that. We are a very small company. We paid every invoice as it was sent to us. Seven months in they hit us with thousand dollars of back invoicing for their accounting mistakes. They would not let us space out or break up these charges with out shutting down our services. We paid them though we were in our first year as a small business. We started looking for a new booking engine and integrated with little hotelier in Sept. We alerted hotelogix that we would no longer be using their services. They charged us through automatic withdrawal from our account 2 days prior to invoicing was due for the month of Oct when we were ending services on Sept 30. No contract was ever signed. They are refusing to refund charges by saying there is a 30 day cancellation notice for services. This is not stated in any paper work or email I received from them, it has never been stated on any invoice sent from their company. It's really not the money. I have no issue with paying my bills it's the dishonesty. Back charging for mistakes by their accounting department, refusing to work with a small business in their first year of business, withdrawing funds day early from bank accounts, refusing to refund monies for services not delivered. Scumbag business practices.
I can say nothing positive! The entire system needs to be reworked! Its not easy to use. The lack of manuverarbility is horrible! Cant check guests in! Cant add charges, you cant do anything with this system. Total and completely worthless. If your shopping for hotel software shop elsewhere. Its not worth it. The headache, the lack of training, which is done on skype or zoom, no local no hands on nothing. The system looses reservations, double books, overbooks, and is not designed for a larger hotel system! The lack of communication skills, is beyond awful!. You have no ability to verify stay overs vs checkouts. You have a hundred popups to get to one screen. Did i mention the horror with groups. You cant check in multiples on the group, without freezing the system. You cant operate more than one computer at a time with the same system. And to top it all off, in a very vunerable system, if you have one pissed off employee, they can log in from home and wipe out the entire system, with a couple of clicks. This is the worst system I have ever seen! Look elsewhere, where you can get the hands on support your business needs! Don't waste time or money on a system that can not perform!.

It is unfortunate to know your disappointment with our accounting system. Allow me to explain that your Hotel was signed up initially on zero plan from May 23,2014@ $ 80/Month for the services of Property Management system, WEB service & PayPal Payment Gateway.
You have then opted for enterprise plan with advance billing in the month of Dec'14 with an additional charge of USD 65/month. However, the billing was missed initially due to an unwarranted human error. The charge was not added to your Hotel billing. The same was clarified to you up front. This is a unintentional human error which we deeply regret and apologize. These bills were later presented to you with a differential amount of $ 450.24. The same was clarified over email exchanges which you have agreed to pay. The billing was then corrected and the amount was auto charged by the system.
As you are on advance billing plan, the bills for October were generated in the mid month and were sent to you September 16th, The billing due date is clearly mentioned as 10 days from the date of generated invoice. The system has auto charged this invoice on September 24,2015 after which we have received your cancellation.
Please refer to our Terms and Conditions http://www.hotelogix.com/terms-of-service.php under Termination which clearly mentions:
These Terms will continue for the period covered by the Access Fee paid in clause 3.1. These Terms will automatically continue for the same period unless either party terminates these Terms by giving notice to the other party at least 30 days before the end of the relevant payment period.
Hotelogix believe in transparency of the system, however the issue of human error can happen to any accounting system. We deeply apologize for your experience.
