Christina made our reservation seamless. Very soothing voice and very professional. Her knowledge and competency was so appreciated. In my travel experience I'm not often met with these qualities. She deserves a raise
I called to ask if they had internet and power, before booking, because allot of people don't. Her response was cavalier and condescending. Thankfully, I looked deeper into the safety of your establishment and found reviews suggesting drug activity, so we found accommodations for elsewhere.
You ASSURED me that my call had been transferred from the front desk because of "overflow". I asked three times if I was booking directly with the hotel and not with a third party. I was promised that you were not a third party. Your website is fraudulent. You lied.

After explaining my situation to Kennelyn that I needed an itemized receipt and have emailed the hotel twice, I needed to speak with someone who could help me. All she did was transfer my call which was no help as the recording kept asking for my confirmation # and I did not have it. It then dropped my call. So Kennelyn did a terrible job in my opinion.
Just called to find out about a military discount or a AAA discount for a stay in October and was told Comfort Inn doesn't offer discounts now so I found a different hotel that does. Will never stay at a Comfort Inn again. And I travel a lot! Way to go on losing a customer!

We called the number advertised for the Homewood Suites.in Fredericksburg. I talked with Tyler who told me he had a room available. The room advertised for 237. When we got our receipt when we checked in we were charged 329 which included a charged for a tax recovery fee?!?! No one mentioned that! The hotel also when we checked in charged us 200 plus another fee of 50.00 why the hell are we paying for a room twice if we prepaid we prepaid. Why are they charging you again. This is the biggest scam I have ever seen. What I have learned? Do NOT reserve a room anymore and give a card number. This honestly needs to be checked out and STOPPED!

We had a pleasant experience speaking with Tyler. Very professional and courteous. Great customer service. Repeated everything back to us to clarify understand.
Frustrating. I asked for the hotel phone number and he wouldn't give it. I'm coming down for my grandson's wedding and thought maybe they had blocked some rooms since there are no rooms available. I thought maybe the hotel would know this information but Leo said they wouldn't know to call back in 2-3 days.
I was told the price for my reservation was $223+tax. I was billed $403. I call your company twice and spoke with representatives and requested cancellation of the reservation. The first one said no the second called the hotel who approved the cancellation at no charge to you.If I don't get a full refund I will report fraud to the credit card company.
This guy scammed me. There were rooms for much less and even suites for less. I am trying to cancel this reservation total scam

I was told I could change my reservation but the insurance said it had to be medical or job related. I asked if my niece open mor rooms I could change my reservations. Now my niece has canceled the wedding. The insurance doesn't cover this.
Paige was very helpful with walking me thru the process. Had a problem with my card. She waited with me on hold u til I got it figured out on my end probably took 15 minutes she was super helpful and above and beyond patient with me. She has great customer service and should be treated as a very valued employee!

She was very friendly and polite and easy to understand. I told her the date that I needed a room. And when I got the confirmation email, it had the wrong date. And the room was nonrefundable. And now the hotel is denying a refund.
Darla greeted us with a kind smile and joyful
Spirit and gave us 5 star service all the way! She handed us bottled waters jn a cute bag and cookies upon our arrival! She truly made our stay so special! Thank you Darla! You are anaxing!
It would be helpful if it's disclosed that when booking through third parties that there's a charge.
Another than up charge the representative was very professional.
I did get a refund. I was told I'd get the online rate but was charged $98. Instead of $68. Thanks
She was patient with me and my hubby as we were both talking to her
She looked up any other services needed and if we would be eligible for discounts explained to us when we didnt understand (we are a elderly couple)she would calmly explain things over with us...very nice sweet voice
I was having difficulty with the online reservation, so I called the hotel directly. Kieanna was so helpful, and she found a better price than the website. I would have never known about my AAA discount without her help- I'm SO glad I called!

I was helped by the most helpful young lady ever. We almost got a room in another state but due to her professionalism ensuring everything was correct we found out the mistake and got it solved very quickly. Much thanks for the great service. It was greatly appreciated.
I was trying to book a last minute hotel room, but the reservation person made me feel uncomfortable and pushing me into buying the room right then. He acted very odd, I finally had to say I was going to book at a different hotel company and hung up.

Told to book and it could be cancelled at no charge if done with a few days as this was a month from date of booking. Cancelled within a two hour period and they told me the charge would be 30% for cancellation.
Getting no answers, kept being put on hold. Ridiculous and also not giving rates after this disaster discounted rates it should be substantial unbelievable. Very disappointing!

I just spoke with a representative trying to find out the direct number to the hotel and he was very rude he would not give me the number he told me to look it up my cell phone line I would not give you even one star!
Called directly to make Reservations at Manhattan Beach Residence Inn… Loved actually talking to a live person that was so helpful & professionally knowledgeable about what I wanted regarding my stay at Residence Inn. We have stay at Residence Inn for many many years & have never been disappointed. Highly recommend!
I called the phone number from the Hotel website and believed I was speaking directly with Hilton Hotel in Pflugerville, TX and Baton Rouge, LA, only to find out my reservations were made through a third part vendor. This was not disclosed sure the phone call nor was I advised of the fee charged 3 times. I will be disputing these charges with my credit card company and my bank.
I do not travel much and I needed a hotel room next weekend in Macon Georgia. Pearly took time to help me find the best place for me. She was extremely kind and patient.
