I called to ask if they had internet and power, before booking, because allot of people don't. Her response was cavalier and condescending. Thankfully, I looked deeper into the safety of your establishment and found reviews suggesting drug activity, so we found accommodations for elsewhere.
You did a fine job, my frustration comes from my not being able to book online and now calling I have to spend $200 more to book with you over the phone. I will look for a different hotel as their are many options.
Jair was patient, thoughtful and thorough in locating a room in a specific section of San Francisco so I could access UCSF medical center. He made sure the room was what I required and at a reasonable price. He also made sure I had cancellation insurance.
Mildred was excellent at finding me a room to meet my needs. She took the time to ask and got me the right room and travel protection for the off chance that my trip is messed up (*planes). Speaking with a person is important! Thanks for having such a great customer service representative!

After so many time contact with Mariotte sometime disconnect for no reason today lucky day. I spoke to Alex. He very helpful from the beginning to the end so the problem solved in one time and one time only very happy now he deserve a five star service. He cancel for Mr. Quach two nights confirmation and this is the new reservations 😂😂👍👍
Hotel Planner booked reservations for the incorrect date and failed to previously advise that the fee was non-refundable; how can a business make a mistake and fail to refund my money for a service that I will not receive and can not use!
Tried to book 3 rooms asked for a govt per diem rate - couldn't offer it then I asked for the tax and fees per room kept giving me the total for all three rooms and when I clearly asked for the taxes and fees per room I was transferred to service line that then disconnected me

Paige was amazing! She diligently helped me find a place to stay when my reservation was canceled by my original hotel due to over booking. We were on the phone for over 20 min, and she was very patient and kind. Thanks again Paige
I called to confirm information on amenities at the hotel prior to booking a reservation as I received some info from a guest staying at the hotel that posted amenities on the website were not available. I wanted to speak with the hotel directly but the representative did not have a direct number to the hotel. It was confirmed by the reservation team that the pool is open and functioning and that they have a nightly reception. Both turned out to be incorrect. Apparently there is no or limited information transmitted to reservations department from the hotel. I would have been extremely angry had I booked a reservation at the residence inn in Poughkeepsie NY to find what had been confirmed by the reservation department was in fact not correct upon arrival.
I called Edward with a problem understanding rates. He explained clearly how to manage the reservation process and I am now half way through a 14 day stay at your location in Oregon WI.

I just had a phone call to confirm my reservations, and fix a problem that I thought I had! I am not computer savvy, and Joyce helped me immensely! She also found out that my hotel reservation had been canceled. She was so calm and friendly it helped me through this very stressful moment of thinking I did not have a reservation for my sister, my mother and myself for my mother's family burial. She really really listened and helped me out! She couldn't figure out either why My reservation was canceled so it turned out to be a blessing that I called in because I cannot find any of my paperwork online for my reservation! I called a local number for the Renaissance Hotel. I was seeking four nights stay in downtown Montgomery. I had an aunt joining me for a special visit. I didn't realize at first that I wasn't speaking with a hotel representative. The gentleman was very helpful in providing rates for other hotels. I was equally reading reviews and comparing cost through Priceline.
When I shared with him that I could secure four nights slightly less than the approx $940 he quoted for three nights, he told me that he could give me a comparable (non-refundable) rate if I paid in full. I gladly agreed. I didn't realize that my card was locked (protection from fraud), so my aunt gave her number while I was online unlocking my card. The confirmation email was sent to me. Unfortunately, I didn't check the dates but trusted the kindness of the representative.
The hotel bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the floor was dirty. I took a paper towel and wiped the yucky residue from the floor. I was most disappointed when we returned to the room and found the trash, towels, and beds in the same condition. Surely, if I was looking for a room at the Renaissance, I did not want to be in a hotel that provided no daily room care. This experience was a total let down.

After many credit card denials. We got it right the third time. George was very patient with me. Also he was very concise in going over the booking. Did not talk fast and annunciate his words. A skill that is fading away in the customer service segment.
I called. Brandon answered the phone. I made my reservation and that was it. I did find a reservation online at the same hotel with the same accommodations for $61.00 cheaper and the choice to pay after I arrived. I didn't get that info from Brandon, but I would like to have the $61.00 taken off if possible.

Ebony was excellent on the phone assisting with my reservation. Very friendly and professional. I did forget to ask about the NCORP group discount for the room. Is it possible to adjust the rate for that discount?
Called to make a reservation, when asked if we had AARP, etc I replied yes and we are Hilton honors silver vip members. Lady said ok and checked for a room. Said it would be in excess of $1,000. I told her I didn't understand, that we could get a room from Booking.com for $800 including taxes. She said ok and hung up on me.
